국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 보건의료인에 속하는 작업치료사의 채용공고 분석을 통해 작업치료 구직시장의 경향을 파악하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 2011년부터 2021년까지의 작업치료사 국가시험 합격률 및 작업치료 포털사이트인 오티브레인(OTBRAIN)에 게시된 총 23,428건의 채용공고를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 통해 채용 지역, 고용 형태, 급여 수준, 채용 시기 및 분야를 분석하였다. 결과 : 국가시험 합격자에 대한 공고 비율은 전체 109%로 나타났으며, 지역별 공고는 경기, 서울, 인천 지역에서 15,226건(64.99%)으로 수도권 지역에 집중된 것으로 확인되었다. 고용 형태의 경우 정규직이 15,574건(66.48%)으로 나타났다. 급여 수준은 2,000만 원 이상~2,499만 원 이하가 14,382건(61.39%)으로 가장 많았다. 채용 분야는 성인⋅노인 분야가 아동 분야의 공고보다 약 3.6배 이상 많았다. 결론 : 포털사이트를 통한 분석은 구인구직 흐름의 직접적 변화를 파악할 수 있는 방법으로, 연구를 통해 작업치료 분야의 구직시장 경향을 파악할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study aims to understand the trend of the job market through the analysis of job advertisements of occupational therapists. Methods : A total of 23,428 job advertisements posted on OTBRAIN, an occupational therapy portal site, were collected from 2011 to 2021. Recruitment regions, job types, salary levels, recruitment times, and fields were analyzed through the collected data. Results : The percentage of job advertisements for successful applicants for the national licensing exam was total 109%, job advertisements by region were confirmed to be concentrated in the capital area with 15,226 cases (64.99%). In the case of job type, 15,574 cases (66.48%) were permanent jobs. As for the salary level, 14,382 cases (61.39%) were the highest among those with an annual salary of 2,000 ten thousand won or more and 2,499 ten thousand won or less. In the field of recruitment, there were more than 3.6 times more advertisements in the adult/senior field than in the pediatric field. Conclusion : The job advertisements analysis through the portal site is a way to grasp the changes in the trend of job market. Through the research, it was confirmed the trend of the job market in the occupational therapy field
