고령자 대상 사회적 건강 평가도구에 관한 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 고령자의 사회적 건강 측정도구 및 평가도구에 사용되는 사회적 건강 측정 영역, 구성 요소 및 평가도구의 특성을 분석하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 체계적인 문헌 검토를 수행하였다. 데이터 추출을 위해 2012년부터 2022년까지 PubMed, Web of Science, National Discovery for Science Leaders의 데이터베이스를 사용하였으며, 검색어는 “social health”, “assessment”, “measure”, “scale”, “elderly”, “older adults” 등으로 구성하였다. 평가도구는 사회적 건강 평가도구의 사용 빈도, 평가 영역 신뢰도, 타당도, 시행 방법을 기반으로 분석되었다. 결과 : 총 9개의 평가도구가 추출되었다. 가장 일반적으로 사용되는 사회적 건강 평가도구는 Lubben Social Network Scale과 Social Health Scale for Elderly (SHSE)로 각각 5회와 4회의 사용 빈도 수가 도출되었다. SHSE는 사회적 건강 특성의 개인적 측면과 사회적 측면을 모두 포함하는 유일한 평가도구인 것으로 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구에서 사회적 건강을 측정하기 위해 가장 적극적으로 사용되는 평가도구는 SHSE임을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 결과는 최근 사회적 건강 연구에서 사회적 특성이 강조되는 것으로 나타났다. 이 연구의 결과는 향후 건강증진 연구에서 사회적 특성과 개인적 특성을 모두 고려해야 한다는 것을 시사한다

영문 초록

Objective : This study aims to analyze the characteristics of social health measurement domains, components, and assessments used for measuring the social health of older adults. Methods : A systematic literature review was performed. The database of PubMed, Web of Science and National Discovery for Science Leaders was used to extract data from 2012 to 2022. The assessment was analyzed based on the commonly used assessments, evaluation domain, reliability, validity, and implementation method of the social health assessment. Results : A total of nine assessments were extracted from the selected literature. The most commonly used social health assessments were Lubben Social Network Scale and Social Health Scale for Elderly (SHSE), showing five and four times of use, respectively. SHSE was the only assessment tool that included both personal and social aspects of social health characteristics. Conclusion : In this study, it was confirmed that SHSE was the most actively used assessment tool for measuring social health. Through the analysis, it was found that social characteristics were emphasized in recent social health studies. The results of this study suggest that both social and personal characteristics should be considered in future health promotion studies.
