국내 치매인식 개선 중재프로그램의 효과에 대한 체계적 고찰

국문 초록

목적 : 국내에서 진행된 치매인식 개선 중재프로그램 연구의 체계적 고찰을 통해 프로그램 분석 및 치매인식 개선 효과를 확인하고자 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 학술연구정보서비스(Research Information Sharing Service)와 한국학술정보(Koreanstudies Information Service System) 데이터베이스를 기반으로 선정 기준에 부합하는 8편의 국내 연구를 대상으로 하였다. 검색단어로는 “치매” AND “인식” OR “프로그램”을 사용하였고, 연구결과는 PICO 방식으로 제시하였다. 결과 : 총 8편의 연구에서 사용된 중재프로그램은 치매교육 프로그램 3편, 치매체험 프로그램 2편, 치매예방 프로그램 1편, 가족지지 프로그램 1편, 치매안심마을 1편으로 나타났다. 치매인식 및 치매태도 개선에 유의한 효과를 보인 연구는 총 8편 중 6편으로 치매교육 프로그램, 치매체험 프로그램, 치매예방 프로그램, 가족지지 프로그램이 적용되었다. 결론 : 치매인식 개선이 효과적으로 이루어지기 위해서는 올바른 치매인식을 일상에서 자주 접하는 것이 중요하기 때문에 다양한 연령대의 대상자에게 치매인식 개선 프로그램이 주기적으로 적용될 수 있도록 국가적 차원에서 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

영문 초록

Objective : Through a systematic review of the study on intervention programs to improve dementia awareness in Korea, we will analyze the program and confirm the effect of improving dementia awareness. Methods : This study was conducted based on the Research Information Sharing Service and Koreanstudies Information Service System databases, and eight domestic studies that meet the selection criteria were targeted. As the search words, “dementia” AND “awareness” OR “program” were used, and the research results were presented in the PICO method. Results : The intervention programs used in a total of eight studies were found to be three dementia education programs, two dementia experience programs, one dementia prevention program, one family support program, and one Dementia-Friends village. Six out of eight programs that showed significant effects on improving dementia awareness and attitudes toward dementia, and dementia education programs, dementia experience programs, dementia prevention programs, and family support programs were applied. Conclusion : In order to improve dementia awareness effectively, it is important to frequently encounter proper dementia awareness in daily life, so efforts should be made at the national level to periodically apply intervention program for improvement of dementia awareness to subjects of various ages
