국문 초록

본 연구는 Holland 진로유형을 기반으로 한 진로독서 프로그램이 초등학교 5학년 학생들의 진로성숙도에 미치는 효과를 검증한 것이다. 이러한 진로독서 프로그램은 진로유형(RIASEC)을 기반으로 진로도서를 분류한 다음 학생들이 자신의 진로유형에 맞는 진로도서를 읽고 자신의 진로를 탐색, 결정, 계획할 수 있도록 하였다. 이런 목적을 달성하기 위해(그리고) 본 프로그램은 독서의 과정을 전·중·후로 나누어 내용을 이해할 수 있도록 구안하였다. 프로그램의 효과검증을 위하여 부산시 연제구 소재 G학교의 학생들 24명을 임의로 선정하여 실험집단 12명, 통제집단 12명으로 할당하였다. 실험집단에는 14주 동안 매주 1회 40분씩 총 14회기의 프로그램을 실시한 반면, 통제집단은 동일한 기간 동안 처치를 받지 않았다. 프로그램 실시 전·후 두 집단에게 진로성숙도 검사를 실시하였고, 수집된 자료는 사전검사의 점수를 공변인으로 하는 공변량분석(ANCOVA)을 통해 이루어졌다. 연구결과, 실험집단 학생들의 진로성숙도는 유의하게 향상 되었다. 본 연구결과를 통해 Holland 진로유형을 기반으로 한 진로독서 프로그램이 학생들의 진로성숙도를 높이는데 효과가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to identify the effects of the reading program based on Holland's career code on career maturity. The reading program was planned to classify career books by RIASECand for students to read career books which conforms with their Holland's code. The program helped them(students) explore, decide and plan their careers. To achieve this purpose, the reading process in the program was divided into three parts: pre-reading, in-reading, and post-reading. The study was examined with a pre-and post-test experimental design. The subjects of this study were 24 elementary school students in Busan. They were divided into two groups: the experimental group and the control group. The experimental group consisted of 12 students, while there were 12 students in the control group. The reading program was applied to the experimental group for 14 weeks. Holland's career development test was conducted by all subjects as the pre-and post-test. To verify the effects of the experiment, ANCOVA was adopted. The result of this study were as follows: Career maturity scores in experimental group were increased and the experimental group who participated in the reading program showed statistically significant difference in career maturity from the controlled group.
