스마트 인지훈련 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초연구

국문 초록

목적 : 본 연구는 노인의 인지 기능 향상 및 치매 예방을 목적으로 인지훈련 프로그램을 개발하고자 진행한 기초연구이다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 문헌조사 및 전문가의 협력을 바탕으로 인지훈련 프로그램을 개발하여 경남 소재 요양병원의 노인 5명을 대상으로 적용하였다. 이후 프로그램 검증을 위해 노인과 작업치료사를 대상으로 설문 조사를 진행하였다. 연구결과 : 프로그램 적용 결과 난이도별 정답률의 차이는 없거나 미세하였고, 대상자와 작업치료사의 설문 조사 결과 대부분이 흥미를 느끼며 다른 사람에게 추천하고 싶다고 보고하였다. 결론 : 대상자와 작업치료사 모두 높은 만족도를 보였고, 프로그램 보완을 위한 피드백을 주었다. 하지만 대상자의 수가 적어 일반화에 어려움이 있고 항목별 난이도나 구성에 대한 수정이 필요하다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 앞으로 개발될 인지훈련 프로그램은 효과성 검증을 마쳐 지역사회 내에서 활발하게 사용될 수 있기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study is a basic study conducted to develop a cognitive training program for the purpose of improving cognitive function and preventing dementia in the elderly with mild cognitive impairment. Methods : This study developed a cognitive training program based on literature surveys and cooperation from experts and applied it to five elderly people at nursing hospitals in Gyeongnam. After that, a survey was conducted on the elderly and occupational therapists to verify the program. Results : As a result of the application of the program, there was no difference in the correct answer rate by difficulty level, and most of the survey results of the subjects and occupational therapists reported that they were interested and wanted to recommend it to others. Conclusion : Both the subject and the occupational therapist showed high satisfaction and gave feedback to supplement the program. However, it is difficult to generalize due to the small number of subjects, and it is necessary to modify the difficulty or composition of each item. Based on this study, the cognitive training program to be developed in the future is expected to be actively used in the local community.
