청각장애학교 교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 인식 및 개발역량에 관한 연구

국문 초록

이 연구는 청각장애학교 교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 인식 정도와 교사 수준 교육과정 개발역량 정도를 알아보고 변인 간의 차이를 알아보고자 한 것이다. 이를 위해 전국 13개 청각장애학교 교사 75명을 대상으로 설문 조사하였다. 연구 결과, 첫째 청각장애학교 교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 인식 정도는 보통 수준이었으며, 교직 경력, 학교급, 청각장애학생 지도 경력, 교육과정 운영 경험, 청각중복장애학생 지도 경험에 따른 집단 간 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 청각장애학교 교사의 교사 수준 교육과정 개발역량 정도는 보통보다는 높은 수준으로 나타났으며, 하위 변인 별 집단 간에 차이가 없었다. 마지막으로 청각장애 교육의 특수성이 반영되고 실제적 사례가 포함된 안내자료의 보급과 청각장애학교 학생 구성의 변화에 따른 다양한 형태의 교육과정 설계와 운영을 위해 현장성과 실제적 맥락이 고려된 교사 연수 개발의 필요성에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to find out the degree of perception of teacher-level curriculum and the degree of teacher-level curriculum development capability of hearing impaired school teachers and to find out the difference between the variables. For this purpose, a survey was conducted on 75 teachers of 13 schools for hearing impaired nationwide. As a result of the study, first, the degree of perception of the teacher-level curriculum of the hearing impaired school teachers was average. There were no significant differences by variables such as teaching experience, school level, experience in guiding hearing impaired students, experience in operating curriculum, and experience in guiding deaf and hard of hearing children. Second, the degree of teacher-level curriculum development capability of hearing impaired school teachers was higher than average, and there was no significant difference between the sub-variable groups. Finally, the necessity of distributing guide materials that reflect the specificity of hearing-impaired education and include practical examples, and the development of training activities that take into account the field for the design and operation of various types of curriculum required according to changes in the composition of students were discussed.
