청소년 자해에 관한 국내 연구동향

국문 초록

본 연구는 청소년 자해에 관한 국내 연구동향을 체계적으로 분석하여 최근까지의 연구의 부족한 점을 확인하고 향후 연구의 방향성을 제시하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2010년부터 2022년까지의 KCI 등재지 총 25편을 연구대상으로 선정하고, 발행연도, 자해 정의, 연구특성, 연구방법 및 측정도구, 연구대상자, 주요 연구 결과를 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 청소년 자해에 관한 연구는 2015년을 시작으로 소수의 연구가 이루어지다 2020년부터 증가하는 모습을 보였다. 둘째, 대부분의 연구가 비자살적 자해를 자해로 정의하고 연구를 실시하였다. 셋째, 사회과학 분야에서 연구가 가장 많이 이루어졌다. 넷째, 연구방법 중 양적연구가 가장 많았고, 측정도구로는 자해기능 평가지(FASM)가 가장 많이 활용되었다. 다섯째, 연구대상에 중학생을 포함한 연구가 가장 많았고, 여자 청소년이 남자 청소년에 비해 더 많았다. 여섯째, 자해 관련 변인으로 정서조절, 부모 및 가족, 부정적 정서가 여러 번 등장하였다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 국내 청소년 자해 연구의 주요 시사점과 향후 연구에 대한 제언을 논하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to systematically analyze trends in domestic research on adolescent self-injury, identify shortcomings in previous research, and present future research directions. Methods: To this end, a total of 25 papers published in KCI from 2010 to 2022 were selected as research subjects, and the year of publication, self-injury definition, research characteristics, research methods and measurement tools, research subjects, and key research results were analyzed. Results: The results of the study are as follows. First, research on adolescent self-injury began in 2015, and a small number of studies were conducted, showing an increase from 2020. Second, most studies defined non-suicidal self-injury as self-injury. Third, research was conducted most frequently in the field of social science. Fourth, quantitative research was the most common of the research methods, and the FASM was the most commonly used measurement tool. Fifth, most of the research subjects included middle school students, and the number of female adolescents was higher than that of male. Sixth, emotion regulation, parents and family, and negative emotions appeared as variables related to self-injury many times. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the main implications of self-injury research for adolescent and recommendations for future research were discussed.
