울분에 관한 연구동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 2003년부터 2023년 2월까지의 국내 학술지와 학위논문을 중심으로 울분에 관한 연구 동향을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 향후 연구에서 고려되어야 할 것들을 제시하고자 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 2003년 이후의 연구들을 대상으로 국내 학술지와 학위논문 26편의 논문을 선정하였고, 이 자료를 바탕으로 발행연도, 학술 정보, 연구대상의 임상증상여부, 연구 대상의 연령, 연구 변인 및 연구 방법별로 분석하였다. 분석 결과 2012년도 이전까지 국내에서 울분관련 연구물은 게재되지 않았으며, 2020년도부터 2022년도까지 꾸준히 연구가 진행되었다. 학위논문보다 학술지가 2배 이상 많았고, 사람을 대상으로 한 연구에서 임상집단보다 비임상 집단을 대상으로 한 연구가 더 많았다. 대상의 연령은 성인초기인 만19-40세를 포함하는 연구가 가장 많았다. 연구변인으로는 울분을 종속변인으로 설정하여 진행한 연구가 11편(42.3%)으로 가장 많았으며, 척도개발연구는 2편(7.7%)으로 가장 저조하였다. 이러한 결과를 통해 국내에서 2003년부터 현재까지의 울분 관련 연구의 흐름을 파악할 수 있었고, 추후 연구에서는 치료 및 개입과 관련하여 더 다양한 변인들이 연구되어져야 하며, 특히, 울분수준이 높은 청년들에게 효과적인 개입을 하기 위한 다양한 요인들과의 관계에 대해서 구체적인 탐색이 필요하다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to identify the research trends on Embitterment in Korea. Based on this study, I would like to suggest what should be considered in future research about embitterment.I would like to suggests what should be considered in future research about embitterment. Methods: A total of 26 domestic journal research and doctoral theses from 2003 to 2023 were analyzed by year, academic information, research subjects' clinical group or not, research subjects' age group, research variation, and research methods. To conduct data analysis on six analysis criteria, frequency analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 .Results: As a result of the analysis, studies related to embitterment were not published in Korea before 2012, and studies were steadily conducted from 2020 to 2022. There were more than twice as many academic journals as academic papers, and more studies targeting non-clinical groups than clinical groups in studies targeting people. As for the age of the subjects, the most common studies included the age of 19 to 40 years old. As a research variable, 11 studies (42.3%) conducted with embitterment as a dependent variable were the most common, and scale development studies (47.7%) were the lowest. Conclusions: Through these results, it was possible to grasp the flow of research related to embitterment in Korea from 2003 to the present.. and in future studies, more diverse variables related to treatment and intervention should be studied.
