아동기 대인간 외상 경험에 관한 연구 동향

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 학술지에 게재된 아동기 대인간 외상 경험 관련 연구들을 종합적이고 체계적으로 분석하여 연구 동향을 알아봄으로써 아동기 대인간 외상 경험의 전반적인 흐름과 경향을 파악하고, 향후 연구 방향에 대한 기초적인 토대를 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위해 KCI에 등재된 국내 학술지 논문 42편을 대상으로 연구시기, 연구대상, 연구방법, 연구주제, 통계분석, 측정도구, 연구변인 등에 대해 분석하였다. 아동기 대인간 외상 경험 관련 연구는 2013년도부터 증가하기 시작하여, 2022년도까지 지속적으로 이루어졌다. 연구대상은 성인 및 대학생을 대상으로 한 연구가 가장 많았으며, 연구방법으로는 분석대상 논문 전체가 양적연구로 이루어졌다. 양적연구에 따른 연구주제는 변인 간의 관계를 규명하는 연구가 36.5편(86.9%)으로 가장 높은 비율을 차지하였으며, 이에 따른 통계분석은 구조분석이 18.5편(44.1%)으로 가장 빈번하게 사용되었다. 아동기 대인간 외상 경험에 관한 측정도구는 Bernstein과 Fink(1998)가 개발한 것을 이유경(2006)이 번안하고, 김은정과 김진숙(2010)이 타당화한 아동기 외상 질문지 단축판(CTQ-SF)이 25편(59.5%)으로 가장 많이 사용되는 것으로 나타났다. 연구변인별 분석의 경우, 대부분의 연구가 아동기 대인간 외상 경험을 독립변인으로 하였으며, 구체적인 관련변인으로는 대인관계적 요소 변인이 27편(26.0%)으로 가장 많았다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 결과를 기초로 아동기 대인간 외상 경험 동향연구에 대한 한계점과 향후 연구 방향에 관한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to comprehensively and systematically analyze studies related to childhood interpersonal trauma experiences published in domestic journals to identify the overall flow and trend of childhood interpersonal trauma experiences and provide a basic foundation for future research directions. Methods: For this purpose, 42 domestic journal papers published in KCI were analyzed for research period, research subject, research method, research topic, statistical analysis, measurement tool, and research variable. Results: Studies related to interpersonal trauma experiences in childhood began to increase in 2013, and have been continuously conducted until 2022. Most of the research subjects were adults and college students, and as a research method, the entire thesis to be analyzed was conducted through quantitative research. As for the research topic according to quantitative research, 36.5 (86.9%) studies identifying the relationship between variables accounted for the highest proportion, and 18.5 (44.1%) structural analysis was most frequently used. As a measurement tool for interpersonal trauma experiences in childhood, the Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form(CTQ-SF) developed by Bernstein and Fink(1998), adapted by Lee You Kyung(2006), and validated by Kim Eun Jung and Kim Jin Sook(2010) was found to be the most used with 25 pieces(59.5%). In the case of analysis by research variable, most studies used interpersonal trauma experience as an independent variable, and 27 interpersonal factor variables (26.0%) were the most common related variable. Conclusions: Based on the results of this study, the limitations of research and suggestions of future research directions for researching trends in childhood interpersonal trauma experiences are presented.
