국문 초록

이 연구는 시도교육청 지식재산교육 담당자들의 지식재산교육에 대한 인식을 분석함으로써 지식재산교육 확대를 위한 방향성을 설정하기 위한 기초 자료를 마련하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위하여 17개 시도교육청 지식재산교육 담당자들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 설문의 분석 결과 시도교육청 담당자들의 지식재산교육에 대한 인식은 ‘발명교육과 지식재산교육의 관계’, ‘지식재산교육 조례 제정이 교육 활성화에 미치는 효과’, ‘지식재산교육 조례 활성화를 위한 현재의 노력’, ‘지식재산교육 추진의 어려움’, ‘지식재산교육을 위하여 개선해야 할 점’, ‘지식재산교육 활성화 방안’으로 유목화 되었다. 설문의 분석 결과에 따른 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 지식재산교육 조례 제정은 재정·행정적 지원 확대의 근거로 활용될 수 있으므로 조례 제정이 확산되어야 한다. 둘째, 지식재산교육에 대한 명확한 개념 및 교육 범위에 대한 정립이 필요하다. 셋째, 시도교육청의 지식재산교육 담당자를 대상으로 한 지식재산교육 인식 및 이해도 제고가 시급하다. 넷째, 지식재산교육을 현장에서 지도할 수 있는 교원 확보 및 전문성 제고가 필요하다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to prepare basic data to establish a direction for expanding intellectual property education by analyzing the perceptions of intellectual property education by intellectual property education administrators at the provincial office of education. To this end, a survey was conducted on intellectual property education administrators from 17 municipal and provincial offices of education. As a result of the analysis of the survey, it was classified into ‘The relationship between invention education and intellectual property education’, ‘The effect of enacting intellectual property education ordinance on education revitalization’, ‘Current efforts to promote intellectual property education’, ‘Difficulties in promoting intellectual property education’, and ‘Ways to revitalize intellectual property education’. The conclusions according to the analysis results of the survey are as follows. First, the enactment of the Intellectual Property Education Ordinance can be used as a basis for expanding financial and administrative support, so the enactment of the ordinance should spread. Second, it is necessary to establish a clear concept of intellectual property education and the scope of education. Third, it is urgent to improve the awareness and understanding of intellectual property education targeting intellectual property education staff at provincial and provincial offices of education. Fourth, it is necessary to secure teachers who can guide intellectual property education in the field and improve expertise.
