국문 초록

현행 중등 교육과정의 교과들은 학교교육에서 학생들이 무엇을 어떻게 배우고 과연 교과를 교과답게 배우고 있는가에 대한 의문이 든다. 이러한 중등 교육과정은 결국 교사 양성 과정에 대한 쟁점이 발생한다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 중등 교육과정과 교사양성 의 문제점을 탐구하여 IBEC 프로그램과 같은 새로운 혁신의 시사점을 제안한다. 이를 위해 연구 방법으로 문헌연구와 일본의 사례를 중심으로 연구문제를 해결하고자 한다. 또한 연구자의 내러티브를 통해 경험한 논의를 전개한다. 연구 결과는 IBCTL(IB 교수·학습 수료증)에 초점을 두었다. 첫째, IBCTL의 핵심 영역인 4가지 탐구 영역 중심으로 교육과정을 재구성해야 한다. 둘째, 학교 현장과 연계성 및 현장성 강화를 위해 교육과정, 교수·학습이론, 평가의 영역이 강조되어야 한다. 셋째, 교사 전문성 신장을 위한 교육 실습을 강화해야 한다. 넷째, 비교과 영역을 고려한 유연한 교육과정이 운영되어야 한다. 따라서 IB 교육이 공교육에 도입되기 위해서 교사양성 과정에서도 혁신이 필요한 시점이다.

영문 초록

The subjects of the current secondary curriculum raise the question of what and how students are learning and learning the subject like a subject in school education. This secondary curriculum eventually raises issues about the teacher training process. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the problems of secondary curriculum and teacher training and propose implications for innovations such as IBEC programs. To this end, we would like to solve research problems by focusing on literature research and Japanese cases as research methods. It also develops discussions experienced through researchers' narratives. The results of the study focused on IBCTL(IB certificate in teaching and learning). First, the curriculum should be reorganized around four areas of inquiry, which are the core areas of IBCTL. Second, the areas of curriculum, teaching and learning theory, and evaluation should be emphasized to strengthen connection and fidelity with school sites. Third, the educational practice should be strengthened to improve teacher expertise. Fourth, a flexible curriculum should be operated considering the area of comparison. Therefore, in order for IB education to be introduced into public education, it is time for innovation in the teacher training process.
