설계기반연구를 통한 대학환경에서의 온라인 수업 분석 도구 개발

국문 초록

교육 현장에서는 준비가 되지 않은 상황에서 온라인 수업을 실시하면서 많은 시행착오를 경험하고 있다. 이런 관점에서 온라인 수업에 대한 수업컨설팅 요구는 높아지고 있지만 온라인 수업을 분석할 분석도구는 부재한 상태이다. 연구는 문헌연구를 통해 온라인 수업 분석 도구를 설계하고 설계기반연구를 통해 실제 수업컨설팅 사례에 적용하는 과정을 거쳐 타당화하는 작업을 실시하였다. 세 차례의 형성적 순환과정을 거치면서 총 18개의 수업 사례 적용을 통해 타당화 작업을 실시하였다. 그리고 동일한 사례에 대해 2명의 다른 1급 수업컨설턴트들이 분석한 수업일관성 분석과 수업구성 분석결과와 온라인 수업분석 도구를 사용하여 분석한 결과를 비교하여 핵심적인 내용에 결핍이 있는지 비교 분석하면서 이차 타당화 작업을 수행하였다. 그 결과 주의집중, 긍정적 수업분위기, 역동적 상호작용, 유의미학습, 조직화 등 총 5개의 범주와 22개의 구체적인 준거들을 제시하였다. 새롭게 개발된 온라인 수업분석 도구는 교육현장의 온라인 수업의 문제점과 개선점을 찾는데 도움을 줌으로써 온라인 수업의 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

영문 초록

In the educational field, many trials and errors are experienced while conducting online classes in unprepared situations. From this point of view, the demand for instructional consulting for online instruction is increasing, but there is no analysis tool to analyze online instruction. In this study, the online instruction analysis tool was designed through literature review, and it was validated through the process of applying it to actual instructional consulting cases through design-based research. Secondary validation was performed by comparing the results of instructional consistency analysis and instructional composition analysis analyzed by two other first-class consultants for the same case with the results analyzed using the online class analysis tool to compare and analyze whether there is a deficiency in the core content. As a result, a total of 5 categories and 22 specific criteria were presented: attention, positive classroom atmosphere, dynamic interaction, meaningful learning, and organization. The newly developed online instruction analysis tool will be able to contribute to the development of online instruction by helping to find problems and improvement points of online instruction.
