전문가가 인식한 이마고 관계치료의 치료적 요인에 관한 개념도 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 이마고 관계치료 전문가들이 인식하는 이마고 관계치료의 치료적 요인에 대해 탐색하고자 개념도(Concept Mapping) 방법을 사용하였다. 이를 위해 12인의 이마고 관계치료 전문가를 심층 인터뷰하여 자료를 수집하였고, 이를 바탕으로 45개의 최종 진술문을 추출하였다. 이후 연구 참여자들이 유사성 분류와 중요도 및 수행도를 평정하였고, 본 자료를 바탕으로 다차원척도법과 위계적 군집분석을 실시하여 이마고 관계치료 전문가들이 인식하고 있는 치료적 요인의 개념적 구조를 시각적 자료로 나타내었다. 연구 결과, 차원은 ‘촉진자-커플’과 ‘상호작용초점-내면세계초점’의 2차원으로, 군집은 군집1 ‘재연결’, 군집2 ‘일반적인 상담기술’, 군집3 ‘명확한 구조’, 군집4 ‘상담자의 성숙’, 군집5 ‘미해결과제 치유’의 5개로 산출되었다. 중요도와 수행도 평정결과 군집3 ‘명확한 구조’를 가장 중요하게 인식하였다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 이마고 관계치료의 치료적 요인들은 향후 이마고 관계치료의 기초연구자료와 임상 적용 가능한 지침을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 기대하며, 끝으로 본 연구의 제한점과 함의에 대해 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study was to explore Imago relationship therapists' perception on the therapeutic factors of Imago relationship therapy. Data were collected from in-depth with 12 Imago relationship therapists. Fourty-five final statements were extracted and analyzed utilizing the concept mapping method. A multidimensional scaling method and hierarchical cluster analysis were performed to visualize the conceptual structure of therapeutic factors. As a result of the study, Imago Relationship therapy experts perceived the therapeutic factors in two dimensions of ‘facilitator-couple’ dimension and ‘interaction focus-inner world focus’ dimension. And the five clusters of this research are as follow: cluster 1 ‘reconnection’, cluster 2 ‘general counseling skills’, cluster 3 ‘clear structure’, cluster 4 ‘counselor's maturation’, cluster 5 ‘healing unfinished business’. Also, Rating importance and performance, experts recognized cluster 3 ‘clear structure’ as the most important. The therapeutic factors of Imago Relationship Therapy identified in this study are expected to provide basic research data and clinically applicable guidelines for Imago relationship therapy in the future. Finally, the limitations and implications of this study were discussed.
