사회복지학전공 대학생의 상담역량 증진을 위한 동기면담 기반 의사소통 훈련 프로그램의 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 33명의 사회복지학전공 대학생을 대상으로 연구자가 개발한 상담역량 증진을 위한 동기면담기반 의사소통 훈련 프로그램(6회기)을 적용하고 그 효과성을 검증한 단일군 전후 유사실험 연구이다. 훈련프로그램 효과를 확인하기 위해 참여자들은 사전, 사후, 1개월 이후 시점에 공감과 자기효능감의 변화를 평가하였으며, SPSS 24 통계 프로그램을 사용하여, Paired T test와 Repeated Measures ANOVA와 Wilcoxon Signed-Rank Test와 Friedman test를 시행하였다. 연구 결과 훈련프로그램 참여자의 공감수준과 자기효능감이 훈련 후 통계적으로 유의미하게 향상된 것으로 확인되었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 사회복지학전공 대학생의 상담역량 수준에 적합한 의사소통 훈련 프로그램 개발의 기초로 활용될 수 있음을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to develop a motivational interviewing based communication training program(6 sessions) to improve counseling competency for social work undergraduate and to evaluation its effectiveness. The quasi-experiment one-group pretest-posttest research design were used to determine whether this program is effectiveness. In order to confirm the effectiveness of the this program, changes in 33 participants’ empathy and self-efficacy were evaluated pre-test, post-test, and F/U-test(after 1 month). Paired T test, Repeated Measures ANOVA, Wilcoxon Signed-Rank test, and Friedman test were performed using the SPSS 24 statistical program. As a result of the study, it was confirmed that the level of empathy and self-efficacy of the this program participants improved statistically significantly after motivational interviewing-based communication training. Based on this study results, it was proposed that can be used as a basis for developing a communication training program suitable for the level of social work undergraduate’s counseling competency.
