사례관리기법을 활용한 발달장애인 주간활동서비스 절차와 내용분석 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 사례관리 실천기법의 단계별 절차와 내용을 바탕으로 발달장애인 주간활동서비스의 절차와 내용에 관한 개선방안을 제시하였다. 분석내용은 보건복지부의 발달장애인활동서비스 사업안내와 중앙장애아동ㆍ발달장애인지원센터의 발달장애인 주간활동서비스지원 가이드북의 주간활동서비스 급여제공절차의 내용을 김성천 외 등이 주장한 사례관리 실천과정을 활용하여 비교분석한 내용분석을 채택하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 초기단계는 대상자 발굴, 상담 등에서 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 사정단계는 클라이언트의 강점, 자원, 장애물 등의 사정에서 차이를 발견할 수 있었다. 셋째, 목표 및 계획수립단계에서는 구체적인 목표설정 여부, 지역사회자원에 대한 인식에 차이가 드러났다. 넷째, 실행 및 점검단계는 가족대상의 직접실천서비스의 유무 등에서 차이가 나타났다. 다섯째, 종결단계는 사후관리의 시행여부에 차이를 볼 수 있었다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 발달장애인 주간활동서비스의 절차와 내용에 관한 개선점을 제안하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to suggest the improvement method of day activity service for people with developmental disabilities on based on the step-by-step procedures and contents of case management practices. The content of the analysis were analyzed by applying the case management practice process suggested by Sungcheon Kim et al. to the day activity service benefit provision procedure of the Ministry of Health and Welfare's guidebook on day activity service for people with developmental disabilities and the guidebook for day activity service support for people with developmental disabilities of the Central Child and Developmental Disability Support Center. As a result of the analysis, first, there were differences in target discovery and counseling in the initial stage. Second, there were differences in the assessment of the client's strengths, resources, and obstacles in the assessment stage. Third, there were differences in whether specific goals were set and in the perception of community resources. Fourth, in the implementation and inspection stages, there were differences in the presence or absence of direct practice services for families. Fifth, in the termination stage, a difference could be seen in the implementation of follow-up management. Based on these results, improvements were proposed for the procedures and contents of the day service for people with developmental disabilities.
