임상수의사의 직무스트레스에 따른 빗속의 사람 그림검사반응특성 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 임상수의사의 직무스트레스와 일반적 특성(성별, 연령, 결혼여부, 최종학력, 직위) 에 따른 빗속의 사람(Person In The Rain: PITR)그림검사 반응특성을 살펴보고, PITR그림검사가 임상수의사의 직무스트레스를 평가하는데 보완적 도구로 활용할 수 있는지 검토하는 데목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 서울과 경기도의 반려동물병원에서 근무하는 총 113명의 임상수의사가 연구에 참여하였으며, 연구자료 수집을 위해 한국형 직무스트레스 척도와 PITR그림검사를실시하였다. 수집된 113부의 표본 중 연구 참여에 동의하지 않거나 적합하지 않은 12부를 제외한 총 101부를 SPSS WIN Ver 22.0을 사용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일반적 특성에 따른 PITR그림검사의 반응차이는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 직무스트레스가 높은 상위군과 하위군에 따라 ‘많은 비’에서 통계적으로 유의미한 차이를 보였다. 셋째, 직무스트레스에 따른 PITR그림검사 반응특성 중 세부영역인 대처능력점수, 자원점수에서 유의한 결과를 확인하였다. 이와 같은 결과를 통해 임상수의사의 높은 직무스트레스에도불구하고 PITR그림검사 결과와는 큰 상관관계가 없음을 확인할 수 있었으며, 이를 바탕으로투사검사에 대한 한계와 향후 활용 방안을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study aims to explore the characteristics of responses to Person In The Rain (PITR) based on job stress and personal variables (gender, age, class, marital status, and position) of clinical veterinarians and explore if PITR can be used as a supplementary tool to assess job stress of clinical veterinarians. To satisfy the purposes, 113 clinical veterinarians working for companion animals clinics located in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do participated in this study. For collection of research materials, Korean job stress scales were developed and PITR were conducted. Along 113 samples collected, 12 samples that didn’t consent to take part in the study or were inappropriate were excluded. Therefore, 101 samples were subjected to SPSS WIN Ver 22.0. The results of this analysis are as follows. First, as for differences in responses to PITR based on general characteristics, there was no statistical significance. Second, depending on the upper group and the lower group in job stress, there was statistical difference in ‘a lot of rain’. Third, among the characteristics of responses to PITR based on job stress, there were significant results in detailed areas such as coping capacity scores and resource scores. Based on such results, despite high job stress of clinical veterinarians, there was no great correlation with PITR results. Based on this, this paper discussed the limits of projective tests and future usage.
