국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 현재 미술치료사인 연구자가 스스로 이미지를 그리며 ‘나’ 자신과의 의미있는 접촉의 기회를 제공하고, 이미지로 나타낸 대상관계 속에서 ‘나’와 ‘대상’에 대한 이미지의변화가 주는 미술 치유과정을 경험해보는 것이다. 이에 본 연구는 자전적 내러티브(Narrative) 탐구 방법을 활용하여 연구자의 개별적인 경험을 이야기하였다. 그리고 대상관계의 발달과정에맞추어 ‘자기 표상’, 대상 표상’, ‘태아였을 때의 나’, ‘엄마의 상징’, ‘모녀 이미지’, ‘분열 이미지’, ‘나의 중간 대상’, 그리고 ‘대상 항상성’의 이미지까지, 총 8점의 그림 작업과 함께 자기 위로와신뢰라는 따뜻한 치유적 경험을 자전적 이야기로 구성하였다. 또한 변화하는 ‘나’와 ‘대상’의 심리적 기제를 탐색하고자, 대상관계이론을 공부하던 연구자의 7년 전의 작업화를 함께 비교하여탐구하였다. 이것은 변화된 ‘나’와 ‘대상’의 상호작용을 이루어지게 하여 미술 치유작업의 과정이 되었다. 그리고 대상과의 관계 속, 내재화 과정을 자율적으로 동기화시켜준 작업이 되었다. 본 연구는 미술 치유과정을 경험한 미술치료사의 자전적 탐구의 여정으로서 그 의미를 지닌다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to provide an opportunity for meaningful contact with the researcher who is currently an art therapist by drawing an image on own, and the art healing provided by the change in the image of ‘self’ and ‘object’ in the relationship between objects represented by images. to experience the process. This study, using narrative inquiry method, was worked freely with the image themes including psychological mechanism in the object relation theory. According to the development process of object relationship, 'self-representation', 'object representation', the total eight paintings consisting of ‘myself as a fetus’, ‘mother and daughter image’, ‘transitional object for me’, and ‘homeostasis of object’, etc., and warm experiential therapy with self-consolation and trust were composed into an autobiographical narrative. Also, in order to explore psychological mechanism changing ‘myself’ and ‘objects’, it was compared and investigated with the work by the researcher who studied the object relation theory 7 years ago. This has become a process of art healing by allowing the changed 'self' and 'object' to interact. And in the relationship with the object, the internalization process was autonomously synchronized. This study has its meaning as an autobiographical exploration journey of an art therapist who has experienced the art healing process.
