국문 초록

본 연구는 직업계고 학점제 컨설팅에 관하여 컨설턴트와 컨설팅 학교 담당자간의 인식이 알아보기 위해 전반적인 컨설팅 운영에 대한 인식과 CIPP 평가모형에 따른 직업계고 학점제 컨설팅에 대한 인식을 설문 조사하였다. 직업계고 학점제 컨설팅에 대한 전반적인 인식은 다음과 같다. 우선 직업계고학점제 운영 담당 교원의 역량 강화를 위해 컨설팅이 가장 필요한 영역은 ‘교육과정 편성·운영 영역’으로 나타났으며, 직업계고 학점제 컨설팅 시 가장 중요한 요소로 ‘컨설팅 영역 관련 지식과 경험을 보유한 컨설턴트 확보’가 가장 높게 나타났다. 또한 컨설팅의 가장 효과적인 운영 방식은 대면과 비대면의 복합방식이 효과적일 것이라고들 인식하였다. CIPP 평가 모형에 기반한 직업계고 학점제 컨설팅 절차와 관련한 인식 조사결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 준비상황 측면에서는 컨설턴트는 학교의 만족도를높이고 요구를 수용하고 반영하기 위해 학교 담당자와 사전에 상호 교류를 활발히 했음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 투입자원 측면에서는 학교 관리자의 컨설팅에대한 적극적인 참여가 부족했던 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 과정절차 측면에서는직업계고 학점제에 대한 문제해결 방안으로서의 컨설팅을 컨설턴트와 컨설팅학교 담당자 모두 긍정적으로 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 산출성과 측면에서는 컨설턴트와 컨설팅 학교 담당자 모두 컨설팅 결과에 대해서 긍정적으로인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study surveyed the perceptions of consultants and consulting school teachers regarding vocational high school credit system consulting, considering the overall perception of consulting operation and the aspect of school consulting in the CIPP evaluation model, and the results are as follows. With the overall awareness of vocational high school credit system consulting, it was found that the area that needed consulting the most to strengthen the competency of credit system policy teachers was the 'curriculum organization and operation area'. 'Securing a consultant with experience' was the highest. In addition, it was recognized that the most effective operation method of consulting would be a combination of face-to-face and non-face-to-face. The perception of vocational high school credit system consulting from the perspective of the CIPP evaluation model was first, in terms of preparation, it was found that consultants actively interacted with school teachers in advance to accommodate and reflect the satisfaction and demands of the school. Second, in terms of input resources, it was found that the active participation of school administrators in consulting was insufficient. Third, in terms of process procedures, it was found that both consultants and consulting school teachers perceived consulting as a problem-solving problem for the vocational high school credit system. Fourth, in terms of output performance, it was found that both consultants and consulting school teachers perceived the consulting results positively.
