국내 아동화 연구 동향 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 국내 아동화 관련 학술지 논문의 연구 동향을 분석하고 아동화연구의 최근 10년 간의 경향과 향후 연구 방향을 제시하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2011년부터 2021년까지의 아동화 관련 학술지 논문 49편의 연구방법, 연구주제, 연구대상, 표현재료의 시기별 분석을 실시하였다. 분석 결과 첫째, 아동화 연구방법 중 심리검사적용이 가장 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 둘째, 아동화 연구주제로는 아동화 심리분석이가장 많이 다루어진 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 아동화 관련 연구대상은 만3-5세 유아를대상으로하는 연구가 상대적으로 높은 비중을 차지하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 아동화연구에서 가장 많이 사용된 표현재료는 연필인 것으로 나타났다. 연구동향을 살펴본결과, 많은 경우 아동화는 여전히 심리학적 관점에서 주로 다루어지고 있으며, 20세기중반 이후 아동미술의 사회문화적 영향에 관한 연구의 필요성이 강조됨에 따라 아동화에대해서도 다원적, 맥락적 접근이 시도되고 있다. 향후 아동화는 아동의 발달단계나심리검사보다 그림 표현 과정에 대한 사회문화적 영향을 들여다보기 위한 미시적인접근이 요청된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze recent 10 years’ research trends of domestic child art related journal articles, and to suggest future research directions. For this reason, I analyzed research methods, research topics, research subjects, and expression materials of 49 academic journal articles related to child art from 2011 to 2021 by time. As a result of the analysis, first of all, the application of psychological tests accounted for the highest proportion of the research methods among child art related articles. Second, it was found that psychoanalysis of children’s drawing was the most frequently discussed subject of child art research. Third, studies of children aged 3 to 5 years were found to account for a relatively high proportion of child art related research themes. Fourth, it was found that the most commonly used material in child art research was the pencil. As a result of examining research trends, children’s drawings are viewed mainly from a psychological point of view. As the need for research on the socio-cultural impact of child art since the mid-20th century has been emphasized, a multidimensional and interrelated approach has been attempted for childhood. Future child art research requires a microscopic approach to assess the socio-cultural impact on children’s drawing process rather than the children's developmental stages or psychological tests.
