성인 대상 마인드셋 연구에 관한 통합적 문헌고찰

국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 국내에서 최근 10여 년간 발간된 학술논문의 고찰을 통해 성인 대상 마인드셋 연구에 관한 문헌을 탐색하고 이를 바탕으로 마인드셋 연구에 대한 시사점을 도출하는데 있다. 이를 위해 2010년부터 2022년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 학술논문 중 성인을 대상으로 한 연구논문 총 60편으로 연구년도, 게재학술지, 연구주제, 연구대상, 관련 변인, 연구방법에 대한 통합적 문헌고찰을 하였다. 분석 결과 성인을 대상으로 하는 마인드셋 연구는 2010년에 시작되어 꾸준히 증가 추세였으나 2021년에는 소폭 감소하였다가 2022년 현재까지 꾸준히 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 다양한 분야에서 마인드셋 연구가 꾸준한 반면 연구논문 편수는 많지 않아 앞으로 성인을 대상으로 하는 연구의 필요성을 알 수 있었다. 마인드셋을 통한 정신적 현상을 체육 분야에서 활발하게 연구하고 있는 부분과 고정 마인드셋, 스트레스 마인드셋, 창의적 마인드셋 등의 다양한 마인드셋에 대한 접근이 필요함을 알 수 있었다. 조사연구와 실험연구의 비중이 많이 우세하였으나 질적연구에 대한 접근이 없는 것은 향후 연구의 방향을 재조명할 필요가 있음으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 도출할 수 있다. 첫째, 성인 대상 마인드셋 연구에 관한 다양한 변인들을 탐색함으로써 다양한 영역의 연구가 필요하다. 둘째, 연구결과를 성인교육 현장에 널리 확산하여 적용하는 부분이 필요하다. 셋째, 마인드셋에 관한 다양한 접근을 통해 질적연구 방법을 적용하는 것이 필요하다. 아울러 이 연구의 결과를 기초로 성인의 마인드셋에 대한 다양한 연구와 접근이 이루어지기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

This article reviews the research trends of the mindset of adults published in academic journals in Korea from 2010 to 2022. For this purpose, among the academic papers which were published in the domestic academic journal last 12 years on adults were a total of 60 and the integrated literature review was on the research year, published academic journal, research topic, research subject, related variables, and research method. As for the analysis result, the mindset research on adults started in 2010 and had a trend of a steady increase, but in 2021 there was a slight decrease however there was research going on until 2022. There is consistent research on the mindset in various fields however there are not a lot of research papers so there is a research need on adults from now on. There is active research in the physical education field on mental phenomenon through mindset and there are approaches needed to be on fixed mindset, stress mindset, creative mindset and others. The portion in research study and experimental study was more dominant but has indicated the need to re-examine the future research direction of those which don’t have the approach for qualitative research. According to the research results, the following implications can be drawn out. First, research on various areas are needed by searching different variables the mindset of adults. Second, there is a need to widely spread and apply the research result to the adult education field. Third, there is a need to apply the qualitative research method through various mindset approaches as a research method of the mindset. In addition, from the basis of this research result, it is expected to have various research and approaches on the mindset of adults.
