주민참여 코칭모형을 활용한 마을공동체 사업 활성화 프로그램 적용 효과

국문 초록

본 연구는 마을공동체 사업 진행에 어려움을 겪고 있는 어촌마을 주민들을 대상으로 코칭모형을 적용하여 사업활성화에 어떠한 효과가 있는지를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 마을공동체사업 활성화를 위한 주민코칭 모형을 기반으로 프로그램을 개발하고 이를 적용하였다. 연구결과 코칭모형의 1단계인 진단 및 분석에서는 162개의 개념과 30개 하위범주, 7개의 대범주가 분석, 도출되었다. 2단계 컨텐츠 설계 및 개발에서는 1) 마을 주민문화 3대 약속 개발, 2) 기존 마을공동체 활동에 대한 개선안 도출이 이루어 졌다. 3단계 운영; 현장 적용 및 피드백에서는 구성원들이 주체적으로 현장에 적용하고 피드백을 제공하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구에서 가장 의미있는 결과는 참여주민들이 주체적으로 갈등요인과 그 해결방안을 찾아냈고, 활력코칭 기간 동안 실행에 옮겼다는 것이다. 이는 일방적 전달식 교육위주의 마을 공동체사업 지원의 한계를 극복하고 추가적으로 새로운 사업을 지속적으로 개발할 수 있다는 자신감과 가능성을 열었다는 점에서도 큰 의미가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of the study was to examine the effects of a coaching program for the residents of a sea village in order to revitalize the government-funded community project. A resident-participation coaching program was developed and applied for the village during 5 weeks. The participants were 40 residents. The research results were as follows. First, the results of the diagnose and analysis, the first process of the program were 162 concepts, 30 sub-categories, and 7 categories. Second, the participants of the program developed 1) 3 village pledges as the hometown legacy and 2) two reform proposals of community activity. Finally, the participants applied the results of the program and discussion meeting to their project for themselves, and responded highly positive feedback for the program. In conclusion, the most meaningful result of the coaching program is that the participants indentified conflicts among people as one of the troubled factors of the project and find out solutions during the coaching program. And moreover they put their solution into practice. The research implies that the participants have had confidence and possibility for the sustainable development for the community project in the future.
