국문 초록

본 연구는 기업 내 보안업무담당자의 심리적 요인인 변혁적리더십이 조직침묵 그리고 보안정책준수의지가 어떠한 관계가 있는가를 파악하고자 시행되었으며, 이를위하여 기업 내 보안업무담당자를 대상으로 유의표집 방법을 통하여 총 250부의 설문지를 배부하여 221부를 회수하여 작성내용이 불성실하거나 응답이 누락된 10부를제외하고 총 211부의 자료를 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 활용하여 연구의 목적에 따라빈도분석, 상관관계분석, 그리고 중다회귀분석을 실시하여 아음과 같은 결론을 도출하였다. 첫째, 변혁적리더십의 하위요인인 카리스마는 조직침묵에 부(-)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 변혁적리더십의 하위요인인 지적자극은 보안정책준수의지에 정(+)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 보안정책준수의지는 조직침묵에 부(-)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 기업에서 보안업무를 담당하고 있는 종사자들에게 변혁적리더십은 조직침묵과 보안정책준수의지에 주요한 요인으로 작용한다는 것을 의미한다. 따라서 산업정보 및 기술의 유출은 일률적인 제도를 통한 방법에 앞서 유동적으로 대처할 수 있는외부요인에 대한 다양한 연구가 필요하다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

A study on the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational silence, and Willingness to comply with security policies. This study was conducted to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational silence and Willingness to comply with security policies. A total of 250 questionnaires were distributed to the person in charge of security work through the purposive sample selection method, and 221 copies were collected. A total of 211 copies of data were used, excluding 10 copies with poorly written or omissions of responses. Using the SPSS program, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed to draw conclusions. First, charisma, a sub-factor of transformational leadership, was found to have a negative (-) significant effect on organizational silence. Second, intellectual stimulation, a sub-factor of transformational leadership, was found to have a significant positive (+) effect on the will to comply with security policies. Third, the will to comply with security policies was found to have a negative (-) significant effect on organizational silence. In other words, it means that transformational leadership acts as a major factor in the will to comply with security policies for those who are in charge of security work in the enterprise. Therefore, it can be said that various studies on external factors that can flexibly deal with the leakage of industrial information and technology are needed prior to a uniform system.
