노인학습자의 평생교육 요구 진단 도구 개발

국문 초록

이 연구는 노인학습자의 평생교육 요구를 진단하기 위한 도구를 개발하는 것이다. 이를 위해 국내에서 사용된 평생교육 요구조사에서 사용된 문항을 수집하여 문항 초안을 개발하였다. 6개의 영역으로 구분하고 43개의 문항을 추출하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 선정된 요구조사 문항은 내용타당도를 산출하여 검증하였다. 전문가 집단은 총 10명을 대상으로 구성하였으며, 평생교육 전공 교수 1명, 교육학 박사 3명, 노인종합복지관 직원 3명, 노인교육 강사 2명이다. 요구조사지의 구성은 노인교육기관 전문가 1명과 교육학박사 1명에게 문항을 검토 받아 보완하였다. 내용타당도는 1차 검증에서는 21문항을 삭제 하였다. 2차 검증에서는 5문항을 삭제 후 수정 및 보완하였다. 선정된 16문항은 노인학습자 6명을 대상으로 안면타당도를 실시하여 문항에 대한 가독성, 명료성을 검토 받아 낮은 점수를 받은 문항은 수정한 후 평생교육 전공 교수에게 검토를 받아 최종 3개 하위영역과 16문항으로 된 요구조사 도구를 완성하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop a diagnostic tool for the lifelong education needs of elderly learners. To this end, the questions used in lifelong education needs assessment used within the country were collected to develop the draft questions. It was classified into 6 sub-ares and 43 questions were generated. The needs investigation questions selected through this process were verified by measuring the content validity. The expert group consists of a total of 10 experts including 1 professor of lifelong education major, 4 doctors of education, 3 workers of a senior welfare center, and 2 elderly education instructors. The structure of the needs questionnaire was supplemented after it was reviewed by 1 expert from an elderly education institution and 1 doctor of education. For the content validity, 21 questions were deleted in the first validation. In the second validation, 5 questions were deleted, revised, and supplemented. In the case of the 16 selected questions, face validity was conducted on 6 elderly learners, and readability and clarity of the questions were reviewed and the questions with the lowest scores were revised. It was reviewed by a professor of lifelong education major to classify the final 3 sub-ares and completed the needs assessment tool with 16 questions.
