보건·복지 분야 현장형 교수자의 강의역량 강화를 위한 교육 요구도 분석

국문 초록

본 연구는 보건·복지 분야에서 현장형 강사들의 강의역량 강화를 위한 교육 요구도 분석을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 선행연구 분석을 기반으로 역량 모델을 도출하고, 이를 바탕으로 역량 요구도에 대한 설문을 실시하였다. 설문에 참여한 연구 대상자는 보건·복지 현장에서 이미 강사로 활동하고 있으면서, 강의 역량을 함양하고자 K인재원에서 2020년 제공되었던 강사양성과정을 수료한 대상으로 총 102명이 참여하였다. 설문 분석은 교육 요구도를 조사하기 위해 중요도와 실행도의 차이를 검증하는 t-검정, 교육 요구도의 우선순위를 정하기 위한 Borich 요구도 분석과 The Locus for Focus 모형 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 교육 준비 영역에서 현장형 강의가 가지는 특징을 바탕으로 교육 요구도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그 예로, 현장에 대한 이해, 정책 흐름 및 최신 정보에 대한 이해를 바탕으로한 교육 준비 역량과 실습자료 개발 및 자신만의 특화된 콘텐츠 개발에 대한 역량 측면에서 교육 요구도가 높았다. 본 연구에서는 보건·복지 현장형 강사들만이 가지는 강의역량 측면에서의 교육 요구도를 도출하고 향후 교육 역량 강화 프로그램을 개발하기 위한 시사점을 제시했다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to analyze the educational needs for teaching competence of field instructors in the field of health and welfare. To achieve research objective, in this study, a competency model was derived based on the analysis of previous studies and a questionnaire on the educational needs for teaching competency was conducted. 102 subjects who participated in the survey were already active as instructors in the health and welfare field, but took a training course for improving teaching competencies provided by KOHI(Korea Human Resource Development Institute for Health and Welfare) in 2020. To analyze the survey data, a t-test that validates the difference between the degree of importance and performance on the competency model in order to investigate the educational needs, Borich need assessment model and The Locus for Focus Model that is used to make decisions on priorities of the competencies were utilized. As a result, it was found that the demand for training was high in the field of education preparation based on the characteristics of field-type lectures. For instance, the educational needs were high in terms of training preparation competency based on understanding the field, policy flow, and the state-of-the-art information, as well as the ability to develop practice materials and develop their own specialized contents. This study is meaningful in that it deduces the educational needs in terms of the teaching competency for health and welfare field-type instructors and suggests implications for developing future educational training programs strengthening the competencies.
