모래놀이 그림에서 나타나는 공간적․신체적 움직임과자기 몰입수준에 관련된 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 모래놀이치료 그림 상에서 내담자가 표현하는 신체적 움직임과 공간적 움직임, 그리고 내담자의 자기 몰입수준에 대해 살펴본 사례연구이다. 3명의 대학생 내담자들을 대상으로 모래놀이치료를 소개한 후 내담자가 떠오르는 대로 자유롭게 구성한 모래놀이 그림에서 나타나는 공간적 움직임과 내담자의 신체적 움직임, 내담자의 언어적 발화에서 평정되는 회기 내 자기 몰입수준을 측정하면서 총 10회기의 개별모래놀이치료가 진행되었다. 초기와 중간, 그리고 마지막 회기의 모래놀이치료 회기 내에서 내담자가 나타낸 신체적 움직임과 모래놀이 그림에서 나타난 공간적 움직임, 그리고 내담자의 자기몰입수준이 회기별로 비교되었고 변인들 간 상관관계가 산출되었으며, 모래놀이 그림에 대한 내담자의 이야기, 내담자의 정서적 반응, 모래놀이 그림에 대한 치료자의 인상 등이 분석되었다. 이상의 자료들은 SPSS WIN. 20과 SCC로 분석되었다. 연구결과, 모래놀이치료 회기의 진행에 따라 모래놀이 그림에서 내담자가 표현하는 공간적 움직임과 내담자의 신체적 움직임, 그리고 내담자의 자기몰입 수준에서 차이가 나타났으며 이들 변인 간 상관이 나타났다. 내담자의 신체적 움직임과 모래놀이그림에서 나타나는 공간적 움직임을 자기몰입수준과 연결하여 신경과학영역과 심리치료 영역의 다학문적 입장의 논의가 치료적 효과 측면에서 진행되었다.

영문 초록

This is a small group case study with three female college students on individual sand play therapy sessions. The relationship between the level of spatial and physical movements in the sand pictures and the level of Self-immersion of the clients and the differences in the results according to the session were the issues of this study. After the introduction of sand play therapy to each client separately, each client made her own sand pictures in individual session freely along to the immediate impression at the moment. Among the overall 10 sessions, the first(1), middle(4, 7), and the last(10) sand pictures and the measurements were compared to identify the differences and the relationships on the variables above. The contents of SCC of one client were presented as an example of the effects of sand play therapy on the client part. The data were analyzed with SPSS WIN v.20 and SCC. The results shows that some of the relationships between the levels of clients’physical movements, the spatial movements of figures and sand observed in the sand picture, and the levels of Self-immersion of the client were significant and the clients were affected by the sand play therapy in positive way. Discussions were presented on the multidisciplinary basis of neuro-scientific area and counseling area in the view of therapeutic effect.
