S.T.A.R 모형 개발 및 적용으로 본 초등학교 블렌디드러닝 탈춤 수업 사례연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 S.T.A.R 모형을 개발하여 초등학교 블렌디드 러닝 탈춤 수업에 적용 후 미치는 효과를 검정하는 데 있다. 연구 참여자는 B광역시교육청 Y초등학교 5학년 22명(남학생 12명, 여학생 10명)으로 2021. 4. 7. 수요일 ~ 5. 7. 금요일까지 10차시 동안 블렌디드(대면수업 5회 비대면수업 5회)러닝 수업을 진행하였다. S.T.A.R 모형이 초등학교 블렌디드 러닝 탈춤 수업에 미치는 효과를 검증하기 위해 수업 참여 관찰 일지, 학생 소감문, 동영상, 질문 지를 활용하였다. 그리고 심층면담의 질적 자료와 S.T.A.R 모형을 적용한 블렌디드 러닝 탈춤 수업의 차이를 알아보 기 위해 SPSS version 26.0 통계프로그램을 이용하여 대응표본 t-검정을 사용하였다. 모든 통계자료의 유의수준은 α=.05로 설정하였으며, 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻을 수 있었다. S.T.A.R 모형을 적용한 블렌디드 러닝 탈춤 수업 에 대한 높은 관심과 동기로 이어졌으며, 남학생, 여학생 구분 없이 탈춤 수업에 대한 만족도가 높게 나타났다. 특히 코로나 19 상황에서 수업 결손 없이 진행된 블렌디드 러닝을 적용한 탈춤 수업은 급변하는 교육환경에 적합한 교수· 학습전략으로 한 명의 학생도 탈춤 수업에 소외되지 않고 모두가 주인공이 되는 수업환경을 구현할 수 있었다. 따라 서 전인적 성장이라는 체육교육의 효율적인 목표달성을 위한 사례 연구로 의미가 있을 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to develop an S.T.A.R model and test the effect after applying it to elementary school blended learning Talchum classes. Participants in the study were 22 fifth graders (12 male students, 10 female students) of Y Elementary School of the B Metropolitan Office of Education, and they conducted blended (5 face-to-face classes and 5 non-face-to-face classes) learning classes for 10 sessions from Wednesday to Friday, April 7, 2021. In order to verify the effect of the S.T.A.R model on the elementary school blended learning Talchum class, a class participation observation journal, a student speech, a video, and a questionnaire were used. In addition, a response sample T-test was used using the SPSS version 26.0 statistical program to find out the difference between the qualitative data of the in-depth interview and the blended learning Talchum class applying the S.T.A.R model. The significance level of all statistical data was set to 05 and the following research results could be obtained. It led to high interest and motivation for blended running Talchum classes applying the S.T.A.R model, and satisfaction with Talchum classes was high regardless of male and female students. In particular, the Talchum class, which applied blended learning without class deficits in the COVID-19 situation, was able to implement a class environment in which no student was alienated from the Talchum class and everyone became the main character. Therefore, it is thought to be meaningful as a case study to achieve the efficient goal of physical education of holistic growth.
