국문 초록

본 연구는 온라인 무용교육봉사 프로그램 운영 및 지도 방향 탐색으로 교육대학교 교수와 초등학교 교사가 온라인 무용교육봉사 프로그램을 개발 후 예비교사를 지도하고, 문화소외지역 초등학교 학생을 대상으로 운영한 사례를 탐 색하여 앞으로 온라인 무용교육봉사가 나아가야 하는 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 탐색적 사례연 구 방법을 사용하여 온라인 무용교육봉사 프로그램에 대한 개발 및 운영 계획서, 사전교육 워크숍 지도자료, 회의 록, 교육과정 분석 자료, 수업지도안, 결과보고서, 설문지, 심층면담 및 관찰 자료 등의 자료를 수집하고 분석하였 다. A 교육대학교 체육교육과 교수들과 초등학교 교사들이 초등학교 체육과 표현 영역 교육과정을 바탕으로 한국민 속무용, 세계민속무용, 실용무용의 세 가지 무용 분야로 개발한 온라인 무용교육봉사 프로그램을 A 교육대학교 재 학생인 참여 멘토들에게 지도한 후 멘토들이 대상에 알맞은 온라인 수업 콘텐츠로 제작하여 문화소외지역의 B 초 등학교 43명의 전교생을 대상으로 지도하였다. 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 학생 지도 역량을 강화하는 전문성 함양, 온라인 교육봉사의 지역사회 협력 모델 마련, 현장 교사의 예체능 교육에 대한 인식 제고, 예체능 교육과 관련한 비 대면 수업 모델의 연구와 개발 등의 교육적 의미를 찾을 수 있었다. 위의 연구결과를 토대로 하여 후속 연구와 온 라인 무용교육봉사를 위한 제언은 다음과 같다. 온라인 무용교육봉사를 위해 다양한 수업 방식의 결합, 무용교육봉 사 프로그램 및 예체능 수업 콘텐츠 활용 플랫폼 마련 등이 필요하다.

영문 초록

In this study, by exploring the operation and guidance direction of the online dance education volunteer program, professors at a university of education and elementary school teachers developed an online dance education volunteer program, guided pre-service teachers, and operated it for elementary school students in a culturally underprivileged area. The purpose is to suggest the direction in which online dance education volunteer should go. This study uses an exploratory case study method to provide development and operation plans for online dance education volunteer programs, pre-education workshop guidance materials, meeting minutes, curriculum analysis data, class guidance, result reports, questionnaires, in-depth interviews and observation data, etc. data were collected and analyzed. An online dance education volunteer program developed by professors and elementary school teachers from the Department of Physical Education at A University of Education in three dance fields: Korean folk dance, world folk dance, and practical dance based on the elementary school physical education curriculum. After providing guidance to participating mentors, the mentors produced online class content suitable for the target audience and provided guidance to all 43 students of B elementary school in a culturally marginalized area. The results are as follow. It was possible to find educational meanings such as fostering professionalism that strengthens student guidance capabilities, preparing a model for community cooperation for online educational service, raising awareness of field teachers on arts and sports education, and research and development of non-face-to-face teaching models related to arts and sports education. Based on the above research results, the following are suggestions for follow-up research and online dance education volunteer. For online dance education volunteer, it is necessary to combine various class methods, to prepare a dance education volunteer program and a platform to utilize the contents of arts and physical education classes.
