국문 초록

본 연구는 장애유아 통합교육 시행을 위해 유아교사 양성과정의 교과목 구성에 기초적인 정보를 제공할 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구대상은 A 대학교 3년제 유아교육과 학생 192명이었다. 연구도구는 선행연구에서 사용한 32문항의 5점 척도형 설문지를 수정․보완하여 사용하였다. 장애 관련 교과 이수 정도에 따른 인식의 차이를 알아보기 위해 평균, 표준편차, 일원배치 분산분석, Scheffe 사후검증을 시행하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 예비유아교사는 장애통합이 미치는 효과 중 장애유아에게 미치는 영향이 가장 긍정적일 것으로 인식하고 있었으며, 일반유아에게 미치는 긍정적 영향이 가장 적을 것으로 인식하고 있었다. 둘째, 장애 관련 교과 이수 정도에 따른 집단 간 인식의 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 장애 관련 교과목을 미이수한 집단과 1개 이수한 집단 및 2개 이수한 집단 간에 부분적으로 차이가 있었다. 이상의 결과를 바탕으로 유아교사 양성과정에 장애 관련 교과목의 추가 개설 필요성을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

This study was conducted with the aim of providing basic information on the composition of the curriculum for nurturing early childhood teachers for the implementation of inclusive education for young children with disabilities. The subjects of the study were 192 students in the department of three-year early childhood education at A University. The research tool used in previous study was modified and supplemented a 5-point scale questionnaire of 32 questions. In order to find out the differences in perception according to the degree of completion of related subjects, mean, standard deviation, one way ANOVA, and Scheffe post-hoc test were computed. As a result of the study, first, among the effects of inclusive education, pre-service teachers recognized that the effect on young children with disabilities would be the most positive, and that the positive effect on young children without disabilities would be the least. Second, there was a difference in perception between groups according to the degree of completion of related subjects. Third, there was a partial difference between the group that did not complete the disability-related subject and the group that completed one and the group that completed two. Based on the above results, the necessity of additional courses related to education for young children with disabilities in the early childhood teacher training program was discussed.
