국문 초록

본 연구는 코로나 19 상황에서 사회복지현장실습을 수행한 예비사회복지사의 사회복지현장실습에 대한 주관적 인식 유형을 Q 방법론을 활용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과, 예비사회복지사의 사회복지현장실습 경험에 대한 주관적 인식 유형은 총 4가지로 도출되었다. <‘방안개발 필요’ 문제해결형>, <‘실습교육의 성과 불확신’ 회의형>, <‘재난에 더 필요한 역할자’ 인정형>, <‘실습 한계 속 실천 의미’ 부여형>으로 나타났다. 학생들의 이러한 인식을 바탕으로 제안하는 세 가지 방안은 다음과 같다. 사회복지실천현장의 폐쇄 상황에서도 지속가능한 사회복지실습 교육체계, 사회적 재난 상황에서 활용될 수 있는 사회복지서비스 제공방법의 다양화에 대비한 교육, 사회복지와 사회복지사 역할 본질에 대한 역량 강화이다.

영문 초록

This study used Q methodology to analyze the subjective perception types of the preliminary social workers who performed social welfare field training in the COVID-19 situation. As a result of the analysis, a total of four types of subjective perceptions about the social welfare field practice experience of the students who completed social welfare field training were derived. The type were that ‘Measures need to be developed’, ‘uncertainty of the performance of practical education’, ‘More needed role in times of disaster’, ‘The meaning of practice in the contextual limitations of practical education’. Based on these perceptions of the students, three suggestions are as follows. A sustainable social welfare practice education system even in the closed situation of social welfare practice sites, education for the diversification of social welfare service provision methods that can be used in the social disaster situations, and strengthening competence in the social welfare and the nature of the social worker’s role.
