국문 초록

본 연구는 디지털미디어를 활용한 원격 미술치료를 진행한 미술치료사들의 경험을 심도 있게 살펴보는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2020 기획형 문화예술치유사업에서 원격 미술치료를 진행한 미술치료사 3명을 목적표집하여 1:1 심층 인터뷰를 진행하였다. Giorgi의 현상학적 연구분석 방법으로 자료를 분석한 결과, 미술치료사들의 경험에 대한 구성요소는 총 5가지 범주인<초기 치료사팀 내 팀워크 형성에 어려움을 겪음>, <원격이라는 낯선 치료 구조에 대한 불안과 부담을 느낌>, <원격 치료 구조에 대한 치료적 요인을 발견함>, <내담자의 현실 상황에맞추어 유연하게 프로그램을 운영함>, <원격 치료 구조에 필요한 미술치료사의 역량을 깨달음>으로 나타났다. 원격 미술치료 프로그램 개발과 참여에 대한 미술치료사들의 경험의 본질은 ‘낯선 원격 치료 구조에 대한 불안을 극복하며 원격 미술치료에 대한 경쟁력을 체득하는 과정’으로 도출되었다. 본 연구가 원격 미술치료를 준비하고 참여한 미술치료사들의 생생하고 실질적인 정보를 제공하고, 원격 미술치료 환경의 이해를 돕는 기초 자료로 쓰이기를 기대한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to explore the experiences of art therapists who participated in developing remote art therapy using digital media. For the study, three art therapists participated in individual in-depth online interviews who experienced remote art therapy program for the first time at the Culture and Arts Healing Project hosted by the Korea Arts & Culture Education Service’ in 2020. The collected data were analyzed in Giorgi’s phenomenological method. As a result, five themes and 14 sub-themes were derived. The elements that compose art therapists’ experience with remote art therapy are Felt difficulties in building teamwork with co-therapists in the early stage of the program’, ‘Felt anxious and pressured about the unfamiliar structure of the remote setting in therapy’, ‘Found the therapeutic factors at the remote art therapy structure’, ‘Ran the program with flexibility to adjust the client’s situation’, ‘Realized the competence required for remote art therapy’. This study provides vivid experiences of art therapists who participated in developing remote art therapy program. Therefore, this study will serve as the basic materials to help understand the various aspects of remote art therapy.
