임상군의 MMPI-2, DAS 반응에 대한 잠재프로파일 분석과 판별 연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 정신건강의학과를 포함한 병원 장면에서 DAS검사가 선별도구로서 유용한지 살펴보는 데 있다. 연구 대상은 경기도 정신건강의학과에 내원한 환자 151명이며, 연구도구는 DAS와 MMPI-2를 사용하였다. 자료 분석을 위해 잠재프로파일 분석(LPA)과 독립표본T검정, 판별분석을 실시하였다. 첫째, MMPI-2 내용에 따른 잠재프로파일 분석을 실시한 뒤분류된 잠재집단의 유형과 특징을 살펴보았다. 잠재프로파일 분석 결과, 두 가지의 잠재집단이산출되었으며, 각 잠재집단은 MMPI-2 프로파일에 특징에 따라 ‘증상비호소군’, ‘증상호소군’으로 명명하였다. 둘째, 분류된 두 집단의 DAS 특징을 살펴보았을 때 ‘증상비호소군’의 경우 다소 긍정적인 정서내용과 자기상을 보고하였고, ‘증상호소군’의 경우 조금 더 부정적인 정서내용과 자기상을 보고하였다. 셋째, DAS의 정서 내용, 자아상 척도가 각 잠재집단을 어느 정도 판별할 수 있는지 알아보기 위해 판별분석을 실시하여 59.6%의 판별력을 보였다. 넷째, 두 잠재집단 간 자극그림을 분석한 결과 자극그림 선택에서는 차이가 나타나지 않았으나 이야기 내용에서 차이가 나타났다. 연구결과에 따라, DAS가 병원장면에서 심리적 어려움을 선별, 진단 보조 도구로써 유용하다는 것이 확인되었다.

영문 초록

This research paper is to examine the utility of DAS as a screening tool in hospital scene, including the department of psychiatry. The subjects of the study were 151 patients who visited the Gyeonggi-do psychiatry department, and DAS and MMPI-2 were used as research tools. For data analysis, latent profile analysis, independent sample T test, and discriminant analysis were performed. First, the type and features of latent groups classified by Latent Profile Analysis (LPA) in accordance with MMPI-2 have been examined. In the results of the LPA operated with MMPI-2, two types of potential group were yielded. Each latent group is classified by the characteristics of the MMPI-2 profile as either symptomatic non-appeal group or symptomatic appeal group . Second, When looking at the DAS characteristics of the two classified groups, the symptomatic non-appeal group reported somewhat positive emotional content and self-image, and the symptomatic appeal group reported slightly more negative emotional content and self-image. Third, Discriminant analysis was conducted to investigate the extent that the emotional content of DAS and the self-image scale could distinguish each latent group, showing 59.6% discriminatory power. Fourth, As a result of analyzing the stimulus picture between the two latent groups, there was no difference in the stimulus picture selection, but there was a difference in the story content. According to the research results, it was confirmed that DAS test is useful as a screening tool for screening psychological difficulties in hospital scenes.
