국문 초록

본 연구는 교육정치학연구 학술지 연구동향을 주제별, 연구방법별로 분석하고, 이를 바탕으로 교육정치학의 고유한 학문적 정체성 확보와 이론화 구축 및 연구방법 재조명에 대한 시사점을 제안하고자 한다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구는 우선, 미국교육정치학의 연구동향을 간략히 탐색하고 국내 교육정치학연구의 동향을 주제별, 연구방법별로 탐색하고자 한다. 다음으로, 교육정치학연구 학술지가 창간호로 발행된 1994년 이래로 가장 최근인 2020년까지 게재된 논문의 내용을 분석하여, 어떤 주제와 연구 방법이 이루어졌는지에 대한 논의를 하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 교육정치학연구 학술지 연구주제의 차별화를 통한 정체성 확보가 중요하다. 둘째, 교육정치학의 학문적 정체성에 어울리는 고유한 연구방법론을 구축할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 타 학술지와의 연구주제 영역 중복을 최대한 줄여야 한다. 넷째, ‘교육정치학 교육 및 연구’주제영역이 더욱 확대되어야 한다.

영문 초록

This study analyzed research trends in the journal of politics of education by research subject and method, and based on this, suggests implications for securing unique academic identity, constructing theorization and re-illuminating research methods of educational politics. In order to achieve the research purpose, this study briefly explored the research trends of USA education politics and then explored the trends of domestic education politics research by subject and method. Next, the contents of papers published until 2020, the most recent since 1994, when the Journal of politics of education was published as the first issue, were analyzed to argue what research subject and methods were made. The research results of this study are as follows. First, it is important to secure identity through differentiating research subject in the journal of politics of education. Second, it is necessary to establish a unique research methodology suitable for the academic identity of educational politics. Third, the overlap of research subject areas with other journals should be reduced as much as possible. Fourth, the subject area of​​‘education and research of educational politics’should be further expanded.
