보육교사의 유머감각과 원장-교사 교환관계가 소진에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 보육교사의 유머감각, 원장-교사 교환관계, 소진의 관계를 규명하기 위하여 실시되었다. 경기도 및 인천지역에 소재한 어린이집에 재직 중인 153명의 보육교사를 대상으로 조사를 수행하였고, 유머감각 질문지, 원장-교사 교환관계 질문지와 직무소진 질문지를 사용하였다. 결과 처리를 위하여 빈도분석, 적률상관분석과 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 유머감각과 원장-교사 교환관계는 전체 평균이 중간 이상이었고, 소진의 경우 전체 평균이 중간 이하로 나타났다. 둘째, 유머감각과 원장-교사 교환관계는 소진 전체와 유의미한 부적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 보육교사의 유머감각이 소진에 미치는 영향에서 유머생성은 개인적 성취감 감소에 유의한 부적 영향력을 가졌다. 유머에 대한 선호도의 경우 비인간화, 개인적 성취감 감소에 유의한 부적 영향력을 주었다. 넷째, 보육교사의 원장-교사 교환관계가 소진에 미치는 영향에서 충성심 및 공헌은 정서적 고갈, 비인간화, 개인적 성취감 감소와 소진 전체에 유의한 부적 영향력을 주었다.

영문 초록

This study identifies the relationship between child care teachers sense of humor, leader-member exchange, and burnout. The subjects in this study include 153 child care teachers working in South Korea s Gyeonggi province and the city of Incheon. Date collection was carried out through the distribution of three questionnaires concerning: Humor, leader-member exchange, and burnout. The subsequent data underwent: frequency, correlation, and regression analyses. The results reveal that, overall, child-care teachers sense of humor and leader-member exchange is higher than the middle values, but that child-care teachers’ burnout is lower than the middle value. Secondly, sense of humor and leader-member exchange display a significantly negative correlation with burnout. Thirdly, concerning the influence of humor on burnout, humor exhibits a negative influence on decreased personal accomplishment. Additionally, a penchant or humor negatively influences dehumanization, and decreased feelings of personal accomplishment. Finally, the influence of leader-member exchange on burnout, loyalty, and contribution negatively influences emotional exhaustion, dehumanization, and decreased feelings of personal accomplishment, and burnout in general.
