국문 초록

본 연구는 직장어린이집 운영실태와 원장의 직무만족도를 파악하여 안정적인 직장어린이집을 운영하고 보육의 질을 높이는 기초자료를 제공하고자 실시되었다. 직장어린이집을 운영하고 있는 원장 120명을 대상으로 직장어린이집 운영실태와 원장의 직무만족도에 대한 설문조사를 실시하였다. 직장어린이집의 운영실태를 알아보기 위해 각 질문 문항에 대한 의견을 빈도와 백분율로 알아보았으며, 원장의 직무만족도가 원장의 일반사항에 따라 차이가 있는지 ANOVA검증을 통해 알아보았다. 연구결과 어린이집의 종사자 수는 부족하였고, 원장의 80%가 8시간을 초과해 근무하는 것으로 나타났다. 원장의 직무만족도에 영향을 미치는 변인을 알기 위해 회귀분석을 실시해 본 결과 월 보수 만족도와 재정 충분성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study investigated the operational conditions(service, finance and management) of employer-supported childcare centers and the job satisfaction of the directors of those childcare facilities. The subject of this study were 120 directors of employer-supported childcare centers Thoughout South Korea. Data were analyzed using one-way ANOVAs, Pearson s correlation, stepwise multiple regression. The results of this study indicated that the there is an insufficinet number of employees in employer-supported childcare centers, that the average working time of directors was over 8 hours, and that the directors of employer-supported childcare centers were burdened with too much extra responsibilities. Directors overall job satisfaction was low in higher educational group and in the 10～20 years career experience group. Regression analysis revealed that the predictors of directors of directors job satisfaction were salary and the financial sufficiency of a childcare centers.
