예악(禮樂)사상의 생태적 이해와 유아교육적 가치 탐색

국문 초록

본 연구는 유가의 예악사상을 생태적 관점으로 살펴보고 이를 통해 유아교육적 가치를 탐색하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 『논어』,『순자』의 「악론」, 『예기』「악기」의 내용을 본 연구의 자료로 선정하여 분석하였으며 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예악사상에서 추구하는 것은, 예(禮)와 악(樂)을 통해 유가(儒家)에서 추구하는 이상적 인간상인 군자(君子)가 되는 것을 목표로 하고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 예악사상의 생태적 요소로는, 예와 악에 대하여 자연의 법칙(순리)을 적용하여 설명하고 있는 것과 함께 인간과 자연을 분리시켜 생각하지 않고 있다는 점, 그리고 예와 악의 속성인 질서와 조화·화합 등임을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 생태학적 관점으로 본 예악사상의 유아교육적 가치는 바른 인성의 함양과 사회구성원으로서 갖춰야 할 질서와 조화·화합의 덕목, 그리고 생태계의 유기적 관계에 대해 음악을 통해 충분히 인지 시켜 줄 수 있다는 점이다.

영문 초록

This research aimed at investigating the Yeak ideology of Confucianism from an ecological viewpoint and exploring its value in the music education of child. For this purpose, this research selected the contents of 『The Analects』,『Sunja』’s 「Akron」, 『Yegui』 and 「Akgui」, as research materials; and arrived at the following results. First, the ideal pursued by the Yeak ideology is the nobleman who follows Ye and Ak, and represents the desirable human character according to Confucianism. Second. the ecological aspects of the Yeak ideology are that it explains Ye and Ak in the context of the rules of nature(rationality); considers humanity as an inseparable part of nature; and asserts that order, harmony, and concord are essential properties of Ye and Ak. Third, from an ecological viewpoint, music education based on the Yeak ideology benefits children by enabling them to cultivate not only strong morals but also a sense of order and harmony. such education also makes them aware of the importance of the organic relationships within an ecosystem, through music.
