유아교육기관 조직창의성에 대한 조직구성원의 인식: 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 중심으로

국문 초록

본 연구는 조직창의성에 대한 유아교육기관 조직구성원의 인식을 알아보기 위해 포커스그룹 인터뷰를 실시하였다. 포커스그룹 인터뷰는 유아교육기관 관리자 집단, 교사집단으로 구분하여 총 8명의 연구참여자에게 인터뷰를 실시하였으며 주제분석방법을 통하여 질적 자료를 분석하였다. 첫째, 창의적인 유아교육기관에 대한 인식은 ‘자율적인 분위기의 기관’, ‘수평적인 조직문화를 가진 기관’, ‘새로운 시도를 하는 기관’, ‘특색있는 운영을 하는 기관’, ‘아동 중심 교육을 실천하는 기관’으로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교육기관 조직창의성의 특성에 대한 인식은 ‘전문성과 다양한 경험을 가진 교사’, ‘새로운 것을 즐기며 열린 마음을 가진 교사’, ‘변화를 지향하며 교사를 신뢰하고 지원하는 관리자’, ‘개방적이고 도전적인 조직 분위기’로 나타났다. 본 연구는 유아교육기관의 조직창의성의 개념에 대한 이해를 돕고 기관의 조직창의성 향상을 위한 기초자료가 될 것이다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to examine the perceptions of organizational members of early childhood education institutions about organizational creativity. In this study, the focus group interviews were conducted with 8 organizational members of the early childhood education institution in P city. The perception of organizational creativity in early childhood education institutions was shown as ‘institutions with an autonomous atmosphere’, ‘institutions with a horizontal organizational culture’, ‘institutions with novel approachs’, ‘institutions with distinctive operations’, ‘institutions that practice child-centered education’ and ‘protection’. The characteristics of organizational creativity of early childhood education institutions were ‘teachers with expertise and various experiences,’ ‘teachers with an open mind while enjoying new things,’ ‘administrator who trust and support teachers with a goal of change,’ and ‘open and challenging organizational atmosphere’. This study will be the basic data for helping understanding the organizational creativity of early childhood education institutions and improving the organizational creativity of institutions.
