알레르기 질환 교육상담간호사의 경험을 통한 유아교사의 배움과 실천에 대한 요구

국문 초록

본 연구에서는 유아교사를 대상으로 알레르기 질환 교육을 실시한 경험이 있는 교육상담간호사와의 면담을 통해 유아교사에게 배움과 실천이 일어나도록 하기 위해 요구되는 것이 무엇인지 들뢰즈의 ‘기호’와 ‘되기’의 관점으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 유아교사 대상 알레르기 질환 교육 경험이 있는 A시 아토피‧천식 교육정보센터 내 교육상담간호사 4인을 대상으로 개별면담을 실시하였다. 면담자료는 귀납적 추론 방식으로 핵심 키워드를 중심으로 코딩, 유목화하여 2개의 대범주와 4개의 하위범주로 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 알레르기 질환 교육을 통한 유아교사의 배움이 일어나도록 하기 위해서는 ‘기호에서 배우기’가 요구되며 이는 ‘기호와 마주침으로 배우기’, ‘기호와 마주침의 공간 만들기’로 나타났다. 둘째, 유아교사가 알레르기 질환 교육 내용을 실천하기 위해서는 ‘얽힌 보호자-되기’가 요구되며 이는 ‘경계 넘어서기’, ‘재영토화 반복하기’로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 정기적인 교육지원, 가중되는 업무에 대한 지원 등 교사교육 환경의 측면에서 시사점들을 도출하고 후속 연구에 대해 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study attempted to examine the demand for early childhood teachers’ learning and practice on allergic disease education from the perspective of Deleuze s ‘signs’ and ‘becoming’. This investigation was conducted through interviews with educational counseling nurses who had experience in providing allergic disease education to early childhood teachers. For the purpose, individual interviews were conducted with four educational counseling nurses, who had experience in allergic diseases education for early childhood teachers, in the Atopy and Asthma Education Information Center. Interview data were coded and classified with main keywords in the process of inductive reasoning, and categorized with 2 large categories and 4 sub-categories. The results of this study are as follows. First, to support early childhood teachers’ learning through the allergic disease education, ‘learning from signs’ was required, which appeared as ‘learning through encounters with signs’ and creating a space of encounters with signs . Second, to practice on education content of allergic diseases education, challenges to becoming-guardian was required, which appeared as, crossing the boundaries and repeating the reterritorialization . Based on the results of this study, implications for early childhood education were provided in terms of regular educational support for early childhood teachers and support for increased work, and suggestions for follow-up research were provided.
