국문 초록

이 연구의 목적은 교육실습 프로그램의 개선방향 및 실습학기제 운영을 위한 시사점을 도출하는 데 있다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여, 교육실습생을 대상으로 교육실습 만족도를 조사하였다. 교육실습 만족도 조사도구는 CIPP 평가모형의 상황, 투입, 과정, 산출 요소가 반영되어 있다. 연구의 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같았다. 첫째, A교육대학교의 교육실습 프로그램의 만족도는 투입요소와 산출요소에서 높았으나, 상황요소에서는 낮았다. 둘째, 실습학교에 따라 교육실습 프로그램 만족도에 있어서 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 교육실습생은 교육실습의 상황, 투입, 과정, 산출 요소와 관련한 문제점과 개선방안을 제시하였다. 이 연구가 교육실습 프로그램을 내실화하고, 실습학기제 운영을 위한 기초자료를 제공한다는 점에서 연구의 의의가 있다고 할 수 있다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to draw implications for the improvement of the teacher practicum program and the teacher practicum sandwich system. In order to achieve this research purpose, this study investigated satisfaction with teacher practicum program. Satisfaction survey tool for teacher practicum consisted of context, input, process, and output factors based on CIPP model. The main findings of the study were as follows. First, satisfaction with the teacher practicum program was high in input and output factors, but low in context factors. Second, there was a significant difference in satisfaction with the teacher practicum program by the training school. Third, the pre-teachers presented problems and improvement for the context, input, process, and output of teacher practicum program. The implication of this study was that it suggests ways to improve the teacher practicum program and provides basic data for the introduction of the teacher practicum program semester .The implication of this study is that it suggests ways to improve the teacher practicum program and provides basic data for the introduction of the teacher practicum sandwich system.
