지역아동센터 이용 아동의 차별 가/피해 경험에 대한 자기회귀교차지연 모형 검증

국문 초록

본 연구는 지역아동센터 아동패널 중 2기 패널의 초등학교 4학년에서 6학년까지 조사에 참여한 표본을 대상으로, 이들의 차별 가해 경험 및 차별 피해 경험의 관계에 대해 종단적 관점에서 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 자기회귀교차지연모형을 사용하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 차별 가해 및 피해 경험 모두 자기회귀경로가 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 즉, 이전 시점의 차별 가해와 차별 피해 경험은 다음 시점의 차별 가해와 차별 피해 경험에 각각 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 이전 시점의 차별 가해와 차별 피해 경험은 다음 시점의 차별 피해와 차별 가해 경험에 각각 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 즉, 차별 가해와 피해 경험이 서로 교차하여 영향을 미치는 교차지연모형도 통계적으로 유의미하였다. 본 연구에서는 위와 같은 분석결과를 토대로 차별 가해와 피해 간의 관계에서 모방 및 학습을 통한 인과관계를 확인하고 아동의 차별 가해 및 피해를 예방하기 위한 실천적, 정책적 함의를 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between experiences of discrimination and experiences of discrimination between two children‘s panel of elementary school children from 4th to 6th grade. For this purpose, the autoregressive cross-lagged model was used and the results are as follows. First, autoregressive paths were statistically significant in both discrimination and damage experience. In other words, previous experiences of discrimination and discrimination had a positive effect on discrimination and experience of discrimination. Second, the experience of discrimination and discrimination at the previous point of time had a positive effect on the experience of discrimination and abuse at the next point of view, respectively. In other words, the cross-lagged paths in which discrimination and damage experiences cross each other was statistically significant. In this study, based on the above analysis results, we identified the causal relationship through imitation and learning in the relationship between discrimination and damage, and suggested practical and policy implications to prevent discrimination and damage of children.
