국문 초록

본 연구는 결혼이주여성의 부부갈등 경험을 이해하는 데 그 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 연구문제는 ‘결혼이주여성은 한국 남성과의 결혼생활에서 어떠한 부부갈등을 경험하며, 어떻게 대처하는가’이다. 본 연구에는 총 12명의 결혼이주여성이 참여하였으며, 연령은 23세에서 42세까지 분포되어 있다. 본 연구는 Strauss와 Corbin의 근거이론 접근방법에 따라 수집된 자료를 개방코딩, 축코딩, 선택코딩의 순서로 분석하였다. 주요 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 개방코딩 과정을 거쳐서 면접 자료를 범주화함으로써 68개의 개념과 22개의 하위범주와 12개의 범주가 도출되었다. 핵심범주를 중심으로 하여 범주들 간의 관련성을 분석하였으며, 그 결과 ‘동반자형’, ‘자신의 일 몰두형’, ‘갈등 심화형’의 3개의 유형이 도출되었다. 본 연구의 결과를 바탕으로 다양한 욕구와 사회경제적 배경을 가진 결혼이주여성을 대상으로 한 사회복지 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to understand the marital conflict experiences of migrant women. The research question of this study is what kind of marital conflicts that migrant women experience, and how the women cope with them. A total of 12 migrant women participated in this study, and the ages ranged from 23 to 42 years old. This study analyzed data collected according to Strauss and Corbin s grounded theory approach in the order of open coding, axis coding, and selective coding. The main research results are as follows. By categorizing the interview data through the open coding process, 68 concepts, 22 subcategories, and 12 categories were derived. Focusing on the core categories, the relationship between the categories was analyzed, and as a result, three types were derived: the ‘companion type’, the ‘one s own work immersion type’, and the ‘conflict intensive type’. Based on the results of this study, the necessity of developing a social welfare program for marriage migrant women with diverse needs and socio-economic backgrounds was presented.
