비대면 인형치료 프로그램이 어머니 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향

국문 초록

본 연구는 양육 스트레스를 겪고 있는 어머니를 대상으로 비대면 인형치료 집단 프로그램을 실시하여 어머니들이 프로그램 참여에 따른 변화를 알아보기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 프로그램 참여에 의사를 밝힌 지원자 중 양육 스트레스 검사 결과 임상적으로 유의미한 대상으로 8명을 선정하여 실험집단 4명과 통제집단 4명으로 구성하였다. 실험집단과 통제집단 각각 프로그램 사전 및 사후 양육 스트레스 검사를 실시하여 참여자들의 양육 스트레스와 하위 요인의 변화가 있는지 Wilcoxon signed-rank test 검증을 실시하였다. 또한 회기별로 참여자들의 진술과 인형상징체계를 통해 표현된 의미를 연결하여 참여자들이 집단 프로그램 참여에 따른 변화를 질적으로 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 양육스트레스를 경험하고 있는 어머니를 위한 비대면 집단상담에서 인형치료 집단프로그램을 활용하는 것이 어머니들에게 긍정적인 영향을 주었다.

영문 초록

his study aims at conducting non-face-to-face figure therapy program for mothers experiencing parenting stress, in an attempt to figure out changes made after participating in the program. The program was notified in the internet mom s cafe and among the applicants with will of participating in the program, eight people with clinically significance in the parenting stress test were selected and four became the experimental group and the other four became the control group. The pre and post parenting stress tests were conducted to both the experiment and control groups and the changes in parenting stress and the sub-elements of the participants were verified by Wilcoxon signed-rank test. In addition, by session, the testimonies and the meanings expressed by the figure symbolic system were connected to review the result of participation through a qualitative method of study. The research results are as follows: This study concludes that non-face-to-face figure therapy group programs provided to mothers experiencing parenting stress, offers positive support in both recognizing parental issues and solving parenting stress.
