2015 특수교육 기본 교육과정 초등 음악과 교과역량 및 성취기준에 관한 델파이 조사연구

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 2022 개정 특수교육 교육과정 초등 음악과 내용체계 구성을 위해 2015 특수교육 기본 교육과정 초등 음악과 교과역량과 성취기준이 발달장애학생의 음악적 교과역량을 함양하고 교수·학습 및 평가에 적절한지를 알아보는데 있다. 이를 위해 2015 초등학교 음악과 교과용 도서에 집필진으로 참여한 현장 교사, 특수교육과, 음악교육 전공교수 총 20명을 대상으로 4개의 음악과 교과역량, 하위요소, 23개의 3-4학년군 성취기준과 24개의 5-6학년군 성취기준의 적합도와 중요도에 대한 델파이 조사를 2회 실시하였다. 분석방법으로는 교과역량, 하위요소, 성취기준에 대한 적합도와 중요도에 대한 평균, 분산, 내용타당도 비율(CVR), 합의도와 수렴도를 계산하고, 서술형 응답에 대한 내용분석을 통해 전문가 의견을 수렴하였다. 연구결과 특수교육 기본 교육과정 초등 3-4학년군 음악과 교과역량에서 1개, 조작적 정의, 하위요소에서 3개의 문항이 적합도와 중요도가 낮았다. 또한 3-4학년군 음악과 성취기준 23개 중 성취기준 13개, 5-6학년군 음악과 성취기준 24개 중 14개가 부적합으로 판명되었다. 이에 최종적으로 음악적 표현, 음악적 감성, 음악적 소통, 음악적 창의성이 교과역량으로 제안되었고, 3-4학년군에서는 17개, 5-6학년군에서는 14개의 성취기준을 제시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 현재의 기본 교육과정 음악과 교육과정에 대한 문제점과 새롭게 고시될 2022 개정 특수교육 기본 교육과정 초등 음악과 교육과정의 방향이 논의되었다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to s to find out whether the 2015 basic curriculum of special elementary music, subject competency, and achievement standards are appropriate to cultivate the musical core competency of students with developmental disabilities. Delphi surveys were conducted twice on four music education competencies, sub-elements, 3rd-4th grade achievement standards, and 5th-6th grade achievement standards. The average, standard deviation, content validity ratio(CVR), convergence, and consensus on subject competency, sub-elements, and achievement criteria were analyzed, and 20 expert opinions were collected through content analysis on descriptive responses. As a result of the Delphi survey analysis, it was found that one competency area was inappropriate in the basic curriculum of special education, and three competency areas were statistically inadequate in operational definitions and sub-elements. In addition, 13 out of 23 music and achievement standards in the 3rd-4th grades and 14 out of 24 achievement standards in the 5th- 6th grades were found to be unsuitable. By adding or modifying the new subject competencies, sub-elements, and achievement standards to the existing ones, the subject competencies of musical expression, musical sensibility, musical communication, and musical creativity were ultimately proposed. Total 17 achievement standards in the 3rd-4th grade and 14 achievement standards in the 5th-6th grade were finally presented. Through this study, the direction of the 2022 revised basic curriculum of special education in elementary music curriculum was presented by seeking ways to improve problems in the current basic music curriculum.
