특수교사의 소속 및 학교과정 간 원격수업 운영 실태와 요구 비교 분석

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 특수교사의 소속과 학교과정 간 원격수업 운영 실태와 요구를 비교 분석하고자 한다. 본 연구는 소속별로는 특수학급 교사 55명, 특수학교 교사 46명, 학교과정별로는 초등학교 74명, 중등학교 27명으로 총 101명이 참여하였다. 특수교사들은 수업 계획 시, 콘텐츠 활용 중심 수업을 가장 많이 활용하였으며, 원격수업을 위한 학습 자료 제작이 가장 큰 어려움으로 답하였고, 원격수업을 위한 플랫폼으로는 ZOOM과 YOUTUBE를 많이 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 수업 과정에서 나타난 어려움은 장애 학생들마다 다른 학습 환경과 적합한 교육자료 제공으로 보고하였으며, 장애학생 수행 결과는 주로 학생의 출석과 내용 이해 정도에 대한 확인 정도로 활용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 원격수업의 긍정적인 영향은 교사의 수업 전문성 신장으로 나타났고, 원격수업을 위한 개선방안으로는 특수교육의 특수성을 고려하지 않은 행정, 특수교육 콘텐츠 개발 및 보급이 가장 시급한 것으로 나타났다. 특수교사 배경변인에 따라 소속별로는 원격수업 운영 유형과 선택 경로, 주로 활용하는 컨텐츠에서, 학교과정별로는 원격수업을 위해 활용하는 컨텐츠에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 근거로 원격교육 운영을 위한 특수교육 환경 및 교육과정의 개선방향을 논의하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze actual state and requirements of remote learning between affiliation of special teachers and school courses. 55 teachers of special class and 46 teachers of special school in terms of affiliation and 74 teachers from elementary school and 27 teachers from secondary school in terms of school courses were participated in this study. Special teachers said that they used content-focused classes the most when planning classes and had the greatest difficulties in making teaching materials for remote classes. It was also found that ZOOM and YouTube were used a lot as platforms of remote classes. They reported that it was hard to have different learning environments of disabled students and to provide suitable teaching materials, and they just checked students attendance and level of understanding for the performance results of disabled students. The positive effect of the remote classes were found to be increase of class professionality of teachers and required improvements that should be made as soon as possible were administration that didn t consider speciality of special education and development and provision of contents for special education. Significant differences were found in operation type and choice path and contents frequently used for each affiliation and contents to be used for the remote classes in terms of school courses according to the background variables. Based on these results, we discussed improvements of special education environment and curriculum to operate remote classes.
