산재근로자의 장애수용도와 우울, 불안 간의 상관관계

국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구는 산재근로자를 대상으로 장애수용도와 우울, 불안 수준을 알아보고 산재근로자의 장애수용도와 우울, 불안 간의 관계를 파악함으로써 산재근로자의 더 나은 직업복귀 환경 마련을 위한 자료를 제공을 목적으로 한다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 2021년 5월 1일부터 5월 30일까지 연구목적을 이해하고 연구에 동의한 전국 산재근로자를 대상으로 하였다. 직접 방문하거나 온라인 조사를 통하여 설문을 실시하였으며 총 60부가 회수되었다. 회수된 설문지의 자료 분석을 위하여 기술통계, t-검정과 일원배치분산분석, 피어슨 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 산재근로자의 일반적 특성에 따른 장애수용도, 우울, 불안에 대해 분석한 결과 장애수용도는 부양가족 수에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 특성불안은 산재근로자의 연령, 결혼 여부, 거주 지역에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였다. 산재근로자의 장애수용도와 우울이 강한 음의 상관관계가 나타났고, 우울과 상태불안, 우울과 특성불안 이 매우 강한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 또한 특성불안과 상태불안은 매우 강한 양의 상관관계가 나타났다. 결론 : 본 연구결과를 기반으로 산재근로자들의 장애수용도를 높이고 우울 및 불안 수준을 낮추기 위한 교육과 프로그램이 개발되길 기대한다.

영문 초록

Objective : The purpose of this study is to investigate the level of disability acceptance, depression and anxiety in industrial accident worker and to understand the relationship between disability acceptance, depression and anxiety in industrial accident worker to provide date for creating a better job return environment for industrial accident worker. Methods : This study targeted industrial accident worker nationwide who understood the purpose of the study and agreed to the study from May 1 to May 30, 2021. A survey was conducted through in-person visits or online surveys, and a total of 60 copies were collected. Descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, and Pearson correlation coefficient were conducted to analyze the date of the collected questionnaire. Results : As a result of analyzing disability acceptance, depression, and anxiety according to the general characteristics of industrial accident worker, industrial accident worker showed a significant difference according to the number of dependents, trait anxiety showed significant differences according to the age, marital status, and residential area of industrial accident worker, disability acceptance and depression of industrial accident worker showed a strong negative correlation, and depression and stat anxiety, depression and stat anxiety showed a very strong positive correlation. In addition, stat anxiety and trait anxiety showed a very strong positive correlation. Conclusion : Based on the results of this study, it is expected that education and programs will be developed to increase the acceptance of disabilities for industrial accident workers and lower the level of depression and anxiety.
