국문 초록

연구목적 : 본 연구는 작업치료사를 대상으로 건강보험수가 청구에 대한 인식과 실천 및 교육요구도를 알아봄으로써 치료사들의 보험수가 청구에 대한 관심을 높이고 나아가 중재에 대한 적절한 보상과 함께 작업치료 발전에 도움이 되고자 한다. 연구방법 : 광주 전남에 근무하는 작업치료사 256명을 대상으로 건강보험 수가에 대한 인식, 실천, 교육요구도에 관한 설문을 자가기입식으로 실시하여 최종 분석 자료로 256부를 이용하였다. 자료분석은 SPSS프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 빈도분석, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 : 첫째, 건강보험수가에 대한 작업치료사들의 인식을 알아본 결과 ‘진료비 삭감률에 대해 잘 모르겠다’고 응답한 사람이 75.0%로 대체로 인식이 부족한 것으로 나타났고 실천은 ‘보통 수준’ 이었으며. 교육요구도는 교육이 ‘필요하다’라고 응답하였는데 작업치료 행위료에 대한 교육요구도가 가장 높았다. 둘째, 교육요구도와 실천의 상관관계를 살펴본 결과 유의한 양의 상관관계(p<.05)를 보였다. 결론 : 체계적이고 지속적인 건강보험수가 청구에 관한 교육과 노력은 수가청구에 대한 인식개선과 함께 요양급여비 삭감을 낮추는데 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

영문 초록

Objective : This study aims to increase the interest of therapists in claiming fees by examining the awareness of health insurance fee claims, practice degrees, and educational requirements for occupational therapists, and furthermore, to help develop occupational therapy along with appropriate compensation for intervention. Methods : For 256 occupational therapists working in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do, a questionnaire on the awareness of health insurance fee, education requirements, and practice was conducted in a self-filling method, and 256 copies were used as final analysis data. For data analysis, descriptive statistics, frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and Pearson correlation analysis were performed using the SPSS program. Results : First, as a result of examining the perceptions of occupational therapists on the health insurance fee, those who answered ‘I don t know about the rate of reduction in medical expenses’ account for 75%, showing lack of awareness in general. And also the most respondents answered that education was ‘necessary’. The education demand for occupational therapy fee was the highest. The response to practice was ‘average level’. Second, as a result of examining the correlation between education requirements and practice items, a significant positive correlation was found (p<.05). Conclusion : It is thought that systematic and continuous education and effort on health insurance fee claim will help to improve the awareness of fee claim and reduce the cost of medical care benefits.
