부목회자의 언어폭력 상처경험과 회복탄력성에 관한 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 부목회자가 언어폭력 상처경험으로 고통을 겪는 과정에서 나타나는 현상들을 탐색하면서 부목회자들이 상처를 회복탄력성으로 극복하는 데 도움을 주기를 기대하였다. 이를 위하여 부목회자들과의 면담과정에 대해서 질적 분석을 하였고 삶의 현장에서 일어나는 살아 있는 현상을 탐색하였다. 아울러 Capps가 제시하고 있는 재구조화적 접근의 틀을 활용하여 개인의 회복을 위한 재성찰의 구성 원리를 제시하였다. 연구결과로서 언어폭력의 특징들과 상처경험으로 인한 목회자들의 심리적, 영적 영향력을 알아보았다. 이러한 연구결과에 대한 논의에 대한 부분은 먼저 언어폭력 상처경험에서 회복되어지는 부목회자의 회복탄력성과 성격요인과의 상호연관성에 대한 논의들이다. 또한 언어폭력 상처경험을 극복하기 위한 회복탄력성의 심리학적 요소와 목회신학방법론의 연관성에 대한 여러 가지 논의를 다루었다. 언어폭력 상처경험의 회복에 대한 목회신학방법론의 실천적 성찰에 관한 논의는 다섯 가지 실천적 적용을 제시하였다. 마지막 실천적 대안으로 부목회자의 방어기제를 긍정적 사고로 바꾸는 대안적 상담모형을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

This study firstly inquired into the phenomenon appeared while vice–pastors were experiencing a pain from the traumatic experience by verbal violence, and was expected to help them to overcome the trauma with resilience. Also, this study was proceeded to take care of vice–pastors suffering by the verbal violence in church with the pastoral counseling. For the purpose of this study, the quality analysis was performed during the face–to–face talk with vice–pastors, and then the living filed in life was investigated. Also, it suggested the composition principle of re–introspection for personal recovery with the frame of approach from the reframing by Capps; this principle would be the methodology for investigating pastoral phenomenons, analyzing the phenomenons, and providing the care based on this analysis. As a result of pastors due to the characteristics and experiences of verbal abuse psychological wounds, we examined the spiritual influence. In addition, it addressed a number of discussions about the relationship between psychological factors and methodology of pastoral counseling resilience to overcome the hurt experienced verbal violence. Discussion of the practical reflection of pastoral counseling methodology for recovery of verbal violence experience, cuts proposed five practical application. The last part of the first practical alternative to the defense minister was presenting an alternative counseling model change to positive thinking.
