국문 초록

본 연구는 특성화고 학생의 구직효능감이 고용가능성에 미치는 영향과, 그 과정에서 학생의 취업준비행동의 매개효과, 그리고 구직효능감과 취업준비행동의 관계에서 교사의 취업지도능력의 조절역할을 실증하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 학생 99명, 교사 99명 총 198명의 설문자료를 최종분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 학생의 구직효능감은 취업준비행동에 정(+)적인 영향을 미쳤고, 고용가능성에도 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 이 과정에서 학생의 취업준비행동은 구직효능감과 고용가능성의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 검증되었다. 그리고 구직효능감과 취업준비행동간 취업지도능력의 조절효과도 확인되었다. 본 연구의 시사점은 첫째, 대학생이나 성인대상으로 이루어진 기존 연구와 달리 취업을 목표로 입학한 특성화고 학생들의 개인 특성과 고용가능성 간의 관계를 밝혀내어 기존 연구를 확장하는 데 기여하였다는 점이다. 둘째, 구직효능감과 고용가능성 간 취업준비행동의 매개효과를 검증함으로써 고용가능성에 대한 구직효능감의 효과를 설명할 수 있는 심리적 기제를 규명하였다는 점이다. 셋째, 학생의 구직효능감과 취업준비행동 간 교사의 취업지도능력의 조절효과를 실증함으로써 현장 교사에게 시사하는 바가 크다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 전반적으로 본 연구는 고용가능성을 높이기 위해 구직효능감과 더불어 취업준비를 위한 노력이 필요하고, 이와 더불어 취업담당자의 취업지도능력을 향상시키는 것이 중요함을 시사하고 있다. 끝으로 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후 연구를 위한 제언을 제시하였다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of job search efficacy of vocational high school students on employment preparation behavior and employability, the mediating effects of the employment preparation behavior on relationships between job search efficacy and employability of vocational high school students, and the moderating effect of employment guidance competencies in the relationship between job search efficacy and employment preparation behavior. We analyzed 198 questionnaires collected from teachers(99 people) and students(99 people) working vocational and meister high school across the country. The results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that job search efficacy of vocational high school students showed a positive relation with the employment preparation behavior and employability of them, respectively. Second, the indirect effect of employment preparation behavior of students in the relationship between job search efficacy and employability was confirmed. Third, the moderating effect of employment guidance competencies of teachers in the relationship between job search efficacy and employment preparation behavior of students was confirmed. Based on the results of the study, we proposed theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and suggestions for future research directions.
