국문 초록

본 연구는 중등교원 양성체제를 발전시키는 모형을 개발하여 교원양성체제의 발전에 기여하는데 목적이 있다. 연구방법은 직업교육현장에 재직하는 교원들을 중심으로 심층의견을 수렴하는 방식으로 조사하고 이 자료를 바탕으로 교원양성체제의 바른 이해와 교원들의 요구를 분석하여 교육의 질을 높이고 교원양성체제 모형을 제안하여 중등교원 양성체제를 발전시키는 방안을 마련하고자 한다. 교원양성체제 혁신위원회에서 제시한 교원양성체제 개편안을 중심으로 현장의 목소리를 더하고 의견을 심층 조사한 내용을 중심으로 시대변화를 반영하고 미래가 요구하는 교원양성체제의 발전모델을 제시하고자 한다. 연구에서 나타난 교원양성체제 현황의 문제점은 학생들과 교원들의 요구를 수용하고 있지 못하며, 운영방식과 교과목에 대해 체계적으로 교육을 실시하고 있지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 교육실습과 임용 연계의 미흡, 적정화 되지 못한 중등 교원의 양성규모, 실습 현장의 실습생 기피 현상 등의 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위한 교원양성체제의 추진방안으로는 거버넌스 구축으로 소통･협업을 위한 협의기구 마련, 교원양성 교육과정이 현장 이해를 바탕으로 미래 대응, 적･인성 검증을 해야 한다는 것이다. 시대정신의 반영과 학문의 균형적인 발전을 위해 실습학기제 도입, 중등교원 양성체제의 경로 정비, 교과 특성을 고려한 양성기관 특성화, 소수 선발교과 임용 개선, 교육의 다양성, 교양 교육 및 비교과 교육과정(학생 동아리 등) 등에서 예비 교원의 교육과정 선택권 확보, 직업교육 교원양성의 사범대･사범계학과에서의 양성 등 시대에 맞는 중등교원 양성체제 필요하다고 판단되어 그에 맞는 모형을개발하여 제안한다.

영문 초록

The purpose of this study is to contribute to the development of teacher training by developing a model for developing a secondary teacher training system. The research method was conducted by collecting in-depth opinions from the teachers. Based on this data, the needs of teachers were analyzed. Improve the quality of education and propose a teacher training system model. In this way, we intend to come up with a plan to develop a system for nurturing secondary school teachers. The voices of the field were added, focusing on the reform of the teacher training system proposed by the Innovation Committee. Focusing on the contents of the in-depth investigation, it is intended to reflect the changes of the times and present a development model for the teacher training system that the future requires. The problem with the current teacher training system is that it does not accommodate the needs of students and teachers, and does not provide systematic education on the operation method and subject. In addition, there are problems such as insufficient linkage between education and practice and appointment, inadequate training scale of secondary school teachers, and avoidance of trainees in the field of practice. As a way to promote the teacher training system to solve this problem, it is necessary to prepare a consultative body for communication and collaboration through the establishment of governance, and the teacher training curriculum should respond to the future based on field understanding, and verify aptitude and personality. In order to reflect the spirit of the times and to achieve balanced academic development, the introduction of the practical semester system, the development of pathways for the secondary teacher nurturing system, the specialization of training institutions in consideration of subject characteristics, improvement of the appointment of a small number of selected subjects, diversity of education, liberal arts education and non-curricular (students) Clubs, etc.), etc.), secure the right to choose the curriculum for prospective teachers, prepare a system for nurturing secondary school teachers that solves problems such as securing vocational education teachers training in teachers’ colleges and teachers’ departments.
