잠재성장 모형을 활용한 진로성숙과 공동체의식의 관계 연구

국문 초록

본 연구는 부산교육종단연구(BELS) 중1패널의 5년(2016~2020년)간 종단자료를 활용하여 중학교 1학년부터 고등학교2학년에 이르는 청소년의 진로성숙도와 공동체의식의 변화함수를 탐색하고, 두 변수의 종단적 관계를 검증하였다. 또, 성별과 일반고와 특성화고의 고교유형을 조건으로 하여 어떤 영향을 미치는지 탐색하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별은 공동체의식의 초기값에 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 하지만 공동체의식은 시간이 경과함에 따라 성별에 따른 변화하는 차이가 유의미하게 나타나지 않았다. 둘째, 일반고와 특성화고로 구분하여 적용한 고교유형은 진로성숙도와 공동체의식 초기값에 유의미한 영향을 주었다. 하지만 모두 유의미하게 부적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 일반고와 특성화고로 진학한 학생들은 중1부터 진로성숙도와 공동체의식 모두에서 개인적인 차이를 보인 것을 의미한다. 셋째, 진로성숙도 초기값은 공동체의식 초기값에 유의미한 영향을 주었고 진로성숙도의 변화율에 유의미하게 영향을 나타냈다. 즉, 중1 시점의 진로성숙도는 시간이 경과함에 따라 변화하는 진로성숙도에 부적인 영향을 주었으며 중1 시점의 공동체의식에 유의미한 영향을 주었다. 넷째, 공동체의식의 초기값은 진로성숙도의 변화율과 공동체의식의 변화율에 유의미한 영향을 주었다. 즉, 중1 시점의 공동체의식은 시간이 경과함에 따라 변화하는 공동체의식에 부적인 영향을 주었으며 진로성숙도의 변화에 정적인 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

영문 초록

This study explores the change function of career maturity and community consciousness of adolescents from the 1st year of middle school to the 2nd year of high school by using the longitudinal data for 5 years(2016-2020) of the 1st panel of the Busan Education Longitudinal Study(BELS). The longitudinal relationship between the two variables was verified. In addition, we explored the effects of gender and high school types of general and specialized high schools as a condition. The results of the study are so follows. First, gender was found to have a negative effect on the initial value of community consciousness. However, there was no significant difference in the sense of community by gender as time passed. Second, the type of high school divided into general high school and specialized high school had a significant effect on career maturity and initial values ​​of community consciousness. However, all of them were found to have a significant negative effect. It means that students who entered general high schools and specialized high schools showed individual differences in both career maturity and sense of community from middle school. Third, the initial value of career maturity had a significant effect on the initial value of community consciousness and significantly affected the rate of change of career maturity. That is, the career maturity at the 1st point in middle school had a negative effect on the career maturity that changed over time, and had a significant effect on the sense of community at the 1st point in the middle school. Fourth, the initial value of community consciousness had a significant effect on the change rate of career maturity and the change rate of community consciousness. In other words, it was found that the sense of community at the time of middle school had a negative effect on the sense of community that changed over time and had a positive effect on the change in career maturity.
