사회복지전공교육에서 현장 기반 학습자 중심 교과목 개발 및 운영 성과 연구 -‘사회복지행정의 실제’ 교과목을 중심으로 -

국문 초록

본 연구의 목적은 사회복지행정실무역량 및 현장의 요구를 반영한 ‘사회복지행정의 실제’ 교과목을 개발하고 학습자 중심 교과목 운영의 성과를 규명하는 것이다. 이를 위해 문헌분석, 학생요구도 분석, 현장 전문가 의견조사를 하여 교과목 내용과 방식을 설계하였고, 수업자료를 개발하여 2021년 1학기 26명 수강생을 대상으로 교과목 운영 후, 사전사후 효과성 검증, 목표성취도 및 만족도 분석, 참여자 인터뷰 방법으로 운영 성과를 분석하였다. 개발된 수업설계 모형은 인적자원관리, 조직관리, 리더십, 마케팅과 홍보 영역을 주요 내용으로 하며 현장기반 행정 실무역량 강화에 초점을 두고 현장 사례분석 및 팀 토론, 현장전문가 활용, 팀 프로젝트 기획과 실행, 발표와 피드백을 중점으로 하였다. 교과목 운영 결과, 사회복지행정 실무역량 및 자기주도적 학습능력이 유의미하게 향상되었고 수강생들은 학습자 중심 수업 방식에 높은 만족도를 보였다. 이를 통해사회복지전공 교육의 현장성 제고, 학습자중심 수업설계 확대, 사회복지행정역량 강화, 교과목개발 및 성과 창출을 위한 협력과 지원체계 강화 등의 발전방안을 제언하였다.

영문 초록

This study examines how to develop an actual subject of social welfare administration that reflects the working competency in social welfare administration office and the needs of the field and investigates the results of learner-centered curriculum operation. To this end, literature analysis, analysis of student needs, and on-site expert opinion survey were conducted to design the subject content and method, and the data of 26 students during 2021 spring semester class were analyzed through the verification of the effectiveness and satisfaction of students with both of the methods of quantitative and qualitative study. This study demonstrates that the competency in social welfare administration and self-directed learning ability were significantly improved, and students satisfied with the learner-centered teaching method. Finally this study suggests the development measures such as enhancing the field quality of social welfare major education, expanding learner-centered instructional design, strengthening social welfare administrative capabilities, and strengthening cooperation and support systems to develop subjects and create results.
